“Roads were closed around the hotel due to a running event, yet the hotel offered no warning or guidance. As a result, we spent an hour in the car trying to drive the last half mile to the hotel. This was disappointing.”

Invece di dire che non era possibile modificare la prenotazione non rispondevano ai messaggi, telefonando rispondevano di sì ma di scrivere ad Expedia ed Expedia rispondeva che l’hotel non accettava la modifica…uno dei due ci ha preso in giro!!! Colazione mediocre, poca scelta e ti devi preparare i waffle da solo. Pulizia scarsa, ogni due giorni ”
