“Property is great when hosting a big crowd. Back yard is large and great for dogs to play. Offerings in the kitchen are very limited. House is very dated but nice enough to host a family weekend. We have rented the house twice for graduations and it works perfectly. Would be nice to see a little updating on the decor and furniture though. Host is always helpful and we would definitely rent here again.”

“When you come up to the house it looks plain looking, but when you walk in you are blown away. So spacious, and yet it is so cozy. Great decide and large kitchen. ”

“The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell. I suspect a history of water damage. The couch is very small. The dock was not usable, even though lake was at summer pool. Half of the dock was on shore. The grass hadn’t been mowed in quite some time when we arrived Thursday evening. It did get mowed at some point Friday while we were out. A lot of construction...

“Perfect place for our family ”

“We were passing through in our travel van and saw that the weather was getting bad so quickly found this place. Being rained in wasn’t bad staying here. Very comfortable stay weathering out the rain. The day we left the sun came out and was so beautiful outside. Would stay again.”

“Everything was great, easy check-in process”

“This little cabin is a soothing oasis that feels so very welcoming. The home takes full advantage of surrounding tranquil views. Cabin is super clean and very well maintained, not so much as a cobweb anywhere. My dog loved the fenced in yard. We did not need the tie out line I brought and Lucas had thoughtfully provided one as well (smaller or more ambitious dogs may try to venture thru the back but the rest is fenced). Provided well-seasoned firewood made a beautiful bonfire under the stars....

“The location is beautiful. We had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games as a family. We enjoyed the ping pong table. The internet was good.As it was late November, we didn’t use the pool. Your survey is flawed because it forces a rating. ”

“5 acres hideaway was simply that: a hideaway from the world while having the city within a 15 minute drive. The place was immaculate. Even after 3 storms, the place was cleaned for me to enjoy the pool area. The host brought over freshly baked sourdough bread on the day of my arrival, that was divine. She also provided cinnamon rolls one morning. This stay provided me with a country home/safe feeling that will keep me coming back.”

“This property was a great stay for our family with kids! The toys upstairs and the garage game room kept them entertained. Our only complaints were that the code at the front door didn't work and we weren't able to resolve it and that we couldn't find a lighter for the fire pit out back when we wanted to use it. Would recommend for families travelling that need a clean, comfortable place to stay! ”
