Questo duplex si trova a pochi passi da Center Street ~ l'hub principale di Folly Beach, dove è possibile trovare tutti i negozi, ristoranti e bar locali! Per non parlare, la spiaggia è a soli 3 isolati di distanza. Questa casa è stata appena rinnovata con nuova vernice, arredi e decorazioni sulla spiaggia !! Ci sono due camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. Questa unità UPSTAIRS può ospitare comodamente fino a 5 persone perché il divano scorre verso l'esterno per ospitarne una. In viaggio con i bambini? Su richiesta, sono disponibili una culla, un seggiolone e un pacchetto e gioco. Sono inoltre disponibili coperture per outlet, protezioni per angoli da tavolo, stoviglie per bambini e libri e giocattoli per bambini. Sunny Side UP si trova all'ultimo (secondo) piano.

La zona giorno e cucina aperta è luminosa e spaziosa con una TV a schermo piatto. Amerai i toni colorati della spiaggia e le accattivanti caratteristiche tropicali in tutto ... ... facendoti sentire come a casa su Folly!
All'esterno, rilassati e sorseggia un drink sul ponte. Goditi il cortile in comune con doccia esterna. Il cortile è recintato e il duplex accetta animali domestici, quindi porta con te il tuo amico peloso !! Gli animali domestici sono ammessi con un supplemento (per animale domestico). Fateci sapere se viaggerete con un animale domestico. Un lettino per cani o giocattoli per gatti possono essere forniti su richiesta.

C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice accatastate in comune sul lato destro dell'edificio. C'è un parcheggio designato per gli ospiti di Sunny Side Down situato proprio dall'altra parte di Center Street !.
Sunny Side Down è molto attento all'ambiente e quindi ha preso provvedimenti per rendere questa proprietà il più verde possibile. È dotato di pannelli solari sul tetto, tutte le luci a LED e utilizza gas naturale per lo scaldabagno.

Very clean, organized space! I loved being on the top unit. This was an amazing location for my first trip to folly. I really enjoyed walking to all the restaurants and shops. The beach was just a short walk away as well. It was a wonderful long weekend!

Home away from home!

Super central point ! Perfect walking distance to everything you need . Shopping, couple blocks to the beach, restaurants and dog friendly which my family needs. Fast and quick response on any of my inquiries and questions! We had great and wonderful time staying here! Will be back again next year!

Perfect location

Location was perfect! Centralized to the beach and the restaurants/shops in Folly. VRBO was clean. There were some outlets that did not work and the address is not clearly visible on building, but overall it was a great experience!

Convenient and clean.

Comfort and Convenience

Beautiful and cozy. Exactly what we needed as far as comfort and space. Very clean except for roach and roach remnants in a bowl in cabinet. Very convenient due to the short walk to beach and pier as well as surrounding restaurants.

Nice Property/Inconvenient Parking

We enjoyed staying in the property very much. The condo was a great size for our needs. The location was close enough to the beach, restaurants, and shops for us to walk to. The greatest difficulty was finding the location of the property because it was tucked behind another business with no street-side sign. Also, the biggest disappointment and the most frustrating part was that our parking space was across the street, down an alley behind a restaurant. This made unloading and loading our belongings very difficult and annoying. If we had known this part up front, we probably would not have booked this property even though the inside was comfy, clean, and a good size for us.

Nice Apartment in the Heart of Folly Beach

The property is located on Center Street. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately it could get quite loud in the evening hours and there was construction going on next door so every morning at 7AM you could hear the very loud noise. That's not the property's fault of course. We bought ear plugs and were able to block out the noise a bit. The apartment was small but it had all amenities you would need for a short beach stay.

Would Not Stay Here Again

The location and parking are abysmal. Though we liked being close to restaurants and the beach, the property is up an alley, through a small walkway, and in via a gate. The parking space is 1 1/2 blocks away; thus, loading and reloading baggage is extremely inconvenient. When we arrived, there was zero space by the property to quickly unload, so we had to carry our luggage, groceries, and beach supplies a long way. The pictures is the listing make the property look larger and cuter than it in fact is. We were very disappointed with the appearance and size when we walked in. The listing says there is a washer and dryer (and there is), but be warned that it’s located outside the house under a sad little awning. Plus, you have to share it with the other guests on the property, so you have to keep a close eye on your clothing. The single parking space is so tiny (both in terms of the space to park and the room behind to turn the vehicle around) that we found parking difficult. Even with one excellent driver, we ended up scraping our vehicle against the tall wooden 4x4 separating spaces. The kitchen is cramped. There are no mirrors besides the one in the bathroom. The air conditioning is pumped in via an auxiliary unit that stands on the floor of the main living area. The unit is a little larger than a small refrigerator. Overall, the air conditioning is inadequate; you must use the giant fans in the bedroom to be cool enough for sleep.

Late July stay

The only issue I really had with the property was that there was only a single mirror in the entire apartment, and it was in the bathroom so if someone was in there using the bathroom, others could not really get ready. It would have been nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms, even just a mirror that hangs on the back of the door. Overall, we had a great trip at this location.

Great stay in Folly

18 and 19 year olds really enjoyed proximity to Charleston. Beach is nice. Not quite as much to do on folly for 18-20 year olds. More families and 21+. Really enjoyed the apartment! Felt safe, quiet and easy to get to beach and Charleston.
