My stay was uncomfortable overall. When I went downstairs to purchase two sodas at night, I was told I had to either pay with cash or charge it to my room—even though I had already paid with a card upon arrival, which was confusing.
The room itself felt very stuffy and damp, and it triggered my allergies. I later realized the hotel is pet-friendly, which I wasn’t informed about beforehand. While I love animals, this can be an issue for guests with allergies. It would be helpful if the hotel designated specific rooms or areas for guests with pets and separate ones for those without, to avoid discomfort from pet hair or allergens.
Additionally, the property seems outdated and in need of renovation. The ceiling, in particular, gave the room an unwelcoming feel. Considering the cost of the stay, I expected a much better experience. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement.
