Our stay was significantly impacted by the poor service and lack of responsiveness from the management company when we experienced issues. On day 2 of our trip, the washing machine leaked water all over. I contacted their support line and was told someone would be sent out ASAP. I had to follow up multiple times via text, only to receive generic responses with no updates. Eventually, a tech arrived and informed us a part needed to be ordered. I asked to expedite the repair, as a functioning washer was essential for our family of four. Despite continued follow-ups, we received no meaningful assistance. We had to use all towels to clean up the water and repeatedly asked for fresh ones, which were finally delivered the next day. In the meantime, we spent a significant part of our vacation hand-washing clothes and driving 35 minutes to a laundromat—something I wouldn’t expect to deal with at this price point. To make matters worse, water continued leaking for 2 days, even though I notified the management company multiple times. The washer was ultimately replaced—on the last day of our stay, making the fix useless at that point. They offered a 20/day reimbursement, which I have yet to receive. The time, effort, and frustration spent trying to resolve these issues were unacceptable. I have many screenshots of text correspondence, plus numerous phone calls. Due to poor communication, delayed response, and lack of support, I can only give this stay 1 star.
