La cucina completamente attrezzata ����������������� stato rinnovato e include nuovi elettrodomestici, mobili, e ripiani in granito. Pavimenti in piastrelle in cucina e soggiorno, zona pranzo con sei posti a sedere, divano letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD. Accesso al balcone dal soggiorno e master. Camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale e una doppia e condivide un bagno completo con la sala. Il maestro offre un letto king size, un televisore a schermo piatto e bagno privato completo con una cabina doccia. Entrambi i bagni hanno asciugacapelli. Lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. ascensore e accesso alla piscina comunitaria. Wifi. Biancheria. Vietato fumare. No animali.

A great trip!!!!

We go every year to the beach with another couple, this was the best trip yet!!!!! Check in was a breeze. We will definitely be back next year!!!!! The attached photo was from our balcony!!!!

Wild Dunes - Summer House

Everything was great....except, earsplitting construction noise in adjacent property was so bad, we were forced to move to another property. But everyone we worked with was super nice. Other than the noise, I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars.

Fun Fall Getaway

Two couples, one from Ohio, the other from Texas. We were happy to find a place with two bedrooms-each with an adjoining bath. We loved the location - perfect for morning beach walks, great access to excellent restaurants on Sullivan's Island and around Shem Creek, and close to the sights in downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant. Would stay here again.

Great Condo

Summer House condo was perfect for our quick getaway. This condo had everything you need for a trip to the beach. Beach Toys, chairs, games, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The complex was well maintained and manicured. My oldest is already asking when we are going back.

405 beachfront condo review

Great beach view condo. Master bed was amazing. Only negative was there was excessive amount of black mold growth on the showerhead in the master bathroom I had to clean off before showering. Other than that everything was excellent.

Clean, well stocked from plenty of towels to tape and scissors to sand toys and pool noodles. Ok just everything you need for a great stay. The condo was very clean, smelled just cleaned upon arrival. The resort itself is also clean and very well maintained. Beautiful wide beach, not at all crowded. Easy check in with Island Realty.

The staff is always friendly and they offer competitive rates. The condo was thoroughly cleaned and organized. There was a notable difference since we stayed there in June. We look forward to many more vacations on the Isle of Palms and in Summerhouse 405.

The first night, I got up to use the bathroom and a HUGE 3 inch cockroach was sitting on the counter top. He went down the sink drain and I pour 2 tea kettles of boiling water down the drain;never saw it again! We told you last year about the terrible mattress; very lumpy and uncomfortable; sure needs replacing. Otherwise, the Unit was clean and ready for us.
