Birdseye Vista della follia

Ampio balcone all'ultimo piano con 3 viste sulla palude e sul ponte. Solo 1 miglio dal molo Folly Beach, negozi e ristoranti. Perfettamente pulito, elegante e funzionale. Le camere da letto hanno comodi traversine Queen Serta. Il soggiorno ha un'incredibile vista sulla palude, due divani, un pouf e un ventilatore a soffitto. Balcone ha molti posti a sedere rilassanti e tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è ben attrezzata con pentole di qualità, piccoli articoli e un centro elettrodomestico.
Il condominio viene fornito con tutto il necessario per iniziare la vacanza. Quattro sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e un dispositivo di raffreddamento della bevanda disponibili per il vostro uso. Sono inclusi anche lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, carta igienica, asciugamani di carta, sapone e spugne per mani e stoviglie, detersivo per piatti e vestiti, sacchetti di immondizia, forniture di caffè e acqua in bottiglia.

Questo complesso non dispone di ascensore. Ci sono 45 gradini fino alla porta d'ingresso. Ci sono piste ciclabili in entrambe le direzioni dal condominio.

Great location for our trip! Property was clean, nicely furnished, and updated. Was fully warned about the four flights of stairs to get to the property. We will stay here if ever in the area.

this property is honestly very underrated from the pictures. The pictures do not do it justice how amazing the view is, and how clean everything is inside. The AC worked really well during 90 degrees weather.you’re about a five minute drive from the beach, Folly Beach, and then 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. on the weekends traffic can be a little bit much getting into the beach, but since you’re so close, it’s not bad at all, maybe adds an extra 5 mins.The host were extremely kind and very good at communicating.

You assume 1A is on the ground floor or first floor... The unit was on the 4th floor! It had 44 steps and over 8 flights of stairs!!! NO ELEVATOR! NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE... I am 70 years old and have had 5 knee surgeries and a Left Total Knee. My sister-in-law is 75 years old and uses a cane... Needless to say, we didn't bring our luggage or cooler up to the 4th floor... We only brought a few essential items. The stairs also had a type of moss from the trees that made them slippery, so you had to brush it aside. The unit is back up against the main road and the traffic was very loud. The condo was nicely decorated, but cheaply built and had cobwebs... Due it's location on 4th floor. I wouldn't recommend it for people with young children, disabled adults, or the elderly. If I hadn't already paid for it- I would have cancelled and attempted to find lodging somewhere else. My companion and I were VERY CAREFUL going up and down the stairs only once per day. I am sorry, we didn't take the trash out, but we did good to just get ourselves down the stairs safely...t

I’m only giving this rental 3/5 because of the lack of detailed cleaning. Floors (even in bedrooms) were sticky/dirty, living room window smudged, refrig inside had crumbs, balcony full of pollen, washer/dryer cabinet with lots of dust/lint on floor, porch roofing end is loose. Condo needs upgrading. The sunset view (3 flights up) is great, though.

Beautiful location. Unfortunately my stay landed right after a terrible one in 10 year snow storm so wasn't able to get out and about as much as i would have liked. Only improvement I can think of is cookware need stocking and potential update. The stairs are no joke but very doable

Check-in was easy and the location was perfect—convenient to Folly and Charleston. Everything was clean and well kept. Plan your trips up/down the stairs since there are plenty of them, but know that the view from the porch is worth it!
