✔If a mandatory evacuation order for Charleston County is in effect during the dates of your stay, you will be refunded. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather such as hurricanes, we recommend you get traveler`s insurance.
✔Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
✔The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
✔ City of Charleston Short-term Rental License # 00529
✔Dogs are welcome, but prior approval is required before booking. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the backyard, as it is a shared space. A pet fee will be automatically applied when you include your dog’s information in the reservation.

✔Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges.

✔Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

✔Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.

✔Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

✔Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

✔IMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION
The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.

The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
-Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or
-Any violation of the property’s pet policy or house rules.

Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund.
Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeowner’s, renter’s, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.

This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.

Very clean and well kept! AC worked very well keeping it cool, back courtyard was nice especially early mornings and late evenings! Parking was atrocious, but this aint our first Charleston rodeo so we are very used to that and the fact we could park 2 vehicles was fantastic! The neighborhood was very nice, not loud and a few coffee shop options was a really nice surprise! And very close to Meeting and Market streets where you can find about anything you want! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The house is fabulous! Great amount of space for our group, and the added bonus of the lovely yard was really fantastic! Water pressure is wonderful, and the kitchen has all the essentials necessary for an enjoyable week!! The parking is very tight, but we made it work. Very convenient to have parking on site. I drive a VW Taos which fit, but we had to load passengers in and out before pulling into the driveway. There was some noise from the unit about in the evenings. But it was a fabulous stay! Great location, fantastic bars and restaurants within walking distance and a short ride to the battery.

Simply Amazing

The house was so cute and perfect for our girls trip. All four of the beds were absolutely perfect and comfortable for us. We had plenty of room to hang out and play a few games around the table. It was the perfect location to local coffee and bagel shop, cute drink stop, food, and other local stores. The owners even had extra toothbrushes, shampoo & conditioner, and other items that are easy to forget when traveling. We were able to use the washer and dryer to wash and reuse beach towels as needed. They communicated perfectly and easily and were willing to answer any questions we had. Truly the best experience. If you’re looking for a place to stay down in Charleston, this is a GREAT place to stay.

Our stay was a girls trip to celebrate some 60th birthdays. We enjoyed the location- 5 block walk to King street. And the air conditioning was great!Unfortunately, we had a few issues. First off, one bathroom had no electricity and a non functional toilet. These issues were not addressed until the last night of our stay. While the overall place is cute and clean, the listing is misleading as it states that one bedroom contains a queen bed and twin bed- but the twin bed is an inflatable bed that was in the closet. No 60 year olds in our party wanted to sleep on a blow up bed. Other issues include: miscellaneous hair on some of the bed pillows- with one pillow having what appeared to be a small spot of dried blood. We also found the toaster oven to contain a dirty tray with food still on it. A broken lamp that was unusable in one bedroom, and no coffee as advertised. We communicated with both the hosts and property managers and they were generally responsive within two hours. We were very uncomfortable with having electricians and plumbers in and out of the unit. We spent too much time having to constantly communicate with the property managers- which greatly impeded our vacation. We asked for some sort of refund and we were denied. If all of these issues were not present- we could give this unit a 7/10.

Perfect spot

We stayed a couple nights to give our girls an introduction to Charleston. The location was perfect - just a few blocks to King street. Everything was very clean and pictures were accurate. Communication was great. I appreciated that it was stocked with basic supplies and toiletries. There was a little bit of urban noise (as to be expected), but the box fans definitely helped to drown that out at night. The parking was very narrow. We made it work, but I’m pretty sure a large SUV would not fit.

16th Birthday Celebration

Overall, the house was very clean. It's a small house but we were able to keep the girls on one side of the house and us on the other, although that meant us staying in bunkbeds (which were comfortable but a little challenging for my husband to climb up and down).My only real complaint is the parking. The property advertises two parking spots but we weren't told the parking spots were for compact cars until two days before we left (when you receive check in information). We were also told at that point there is off street parking down the road (7 minute walk) in a parking garage which we couldn't use because of the luggage cart on top of my car. We also learned, that the parking in front of the house has a 2 hr time limit unless you have a parking pass. This was frustrating. We were able to pull my enclave into the driveway but could only get out/in by crawling in and out of the vehicle which at our age isn't simple. Had I known about the parking I would have booked elsewhere because parking was a priority. If you are flying in and use a ride service, or have a smaller vehicle, then parking isn't an issue. My suggestion would be for the property owner to purchase a parking pass for it's guests much similar to how beach homes supply beach tags. Location was perfect! Hosts were very responsive and the cleaner they use did a good job cleaning the house before we arrived.

Great trip!

We had a great time! The location was ideal for us... although it's a long walk to the French Quarter but a short drive if you prefer to drive. The outdoor space is super cute and the beds were comfy. We wanted something on the bottom floor so our 14 year old dog wouldn't have to go upstairs and this was perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Charleston! The property manager was amazing and super quick to respond! Thanks for a great stay!!

Amazing unit with an amazing location

Overall, this was the perfect place for our small family of 5 as a hub to visit Charleston. The unit itself was as advertised - very clean and modern, ideal number of beds/bedrooms for our family, and all the amenities you would expect in a rental. However, it is location that puts this place over the top. It is in walking distance to much of what we wanted to see - mainly the downtown historic district and the shops/restaurants on King St. It is even just blocks away from the free shuttle the city runs, so we could rest a bit after a long day. I would very much recommend to any small groups/families looking to enjoy Charleston for a few days.
