Vieni a soggiornare nella nostra deliziosa casa privata a 2 piani, 3 camere, 2. 5 bagni situata a solo un isolato di distanza dalla famosa King Street di Charleston! Forniamo lenzuola e asciugamani freschi e la casa dispone di wifi, TV via cavo, lavatrice / asciugatrice e tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per cucinare! Avrai accesso a un cortile privato, biciclette per esplorare la città e due parcheggi privati fuori strada! Non vediamo l'ora di ospitare te e il tuo gruppo :) Lo spazio: La casa è dotata di una cucina completamente attrezzata! Ha anche un soggiorno e una sala da pranzo completamente rinnovati e ben arredati situati al primo piano. Tutte le camere da letto e i due bagni completi si trovano al secondo piano. La camera da letto numero 1 ha un letto king size con bagno privato. La camera da letto numero 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera da letto numero 3 ha un letto a castello (materasso doppio su un materasso full size). Ognuna delle tre camere avrà la propria TV con app di streaming come Netflix. La struttura dispone di un cortile privato con posti a sedere per il tuo gruppo! Prendi un bicchiere di vino e unisciti a noi su Island Time! Interazione con gli ospiti: Saremo sempre disponibili via telefono / SMS / e-mail per qualsiasi domanda tu possa avere. Non esitate a chiedere alcuni consigli su cose da fare e luoghi in cui mangiare. Il vicinato: Situata nel quartiere Elliotborough - Cannonborough, questa casa si trova in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale e si trova a solo un isolato di distanza da tutti i bar, negozi e ristoranti di King Street! Brown's Court Bakery, un locale preferito e un posto perfetto per prendere un cornetto mattutino è a soli 4 minuti a piedi! Ancora più vicino ad una distanza di circa 1 isolato si trova la pizzeria D'Alessandro! Muoversi: Camminare è facile da questa posizione, in quanto sei a un isolato di distanza da King Street. Tuttavia, le biciclette sono il modo migliore per godersi Charleston e percorrere le bellissime strade storiche al tuo ritmo! Un altro modo per spostarsi a Charleston è usare un pedi-taxi, questo è un ottimo modo per spostarsi e chiacchierare con la gente del posto che può dirti molte cose interessanti sulla città. Great location

We had a great time, the property was in a great location, walking distance to King St. The master bedroom was very nice and cool and the other bedrooms had plenty of space. House was very clean and everything worked as it should.

Cute house, great location

The house had everything we needed. The location was great for easy access to downtown attractions and access to US17 to get off the peninsula for trips to Patriots Point, Sullivan’s Island, plantation tours, and Folly Beach.

Close to King Street

The house was clean. The bed’s were comfortable. Location to King Street, great, but construction started across the street at 7:30 AM. It was our daily alarm that woke us. Continuing until 4:00 PM. Fortunately, we stayed out sightseeing and enjoying Charleston.The hallway to upstairs was very dark with limited lighting. Someone could fall down the stairs, maybe add some extra lighting.Additionally, it maybe a good idea to add safety strips to bottom of upstairs tub. The shower door in the master bedroom would continue to come off tracks when getting in. There were five of us ladies who stayed in the house.All of us are on the smaller size so we were not rough with things. We appreciated the quick response to getting the dishwasher tabs as we were having to wash dishes. Other than those issues we enjoyed the house and location.

Clean and easy checkin

We had a group of 3 women for a girls weekend; this was a great 3 bedroom house with plenty of room. The house came spotless - the cleanliness was amazing. The one thing I would say is we felt like we were just on the edge of the neighborhood being shady. We walked everywhere; King Street is only a few minutes walk. We loved walking. Just the last bit until we got back to the house at night was not the best. Besides that, it was about a 40 minute walk to the Pineapple Fountain area which was very doable - so much to see on the way. Charleston is an extremely cute town! Lots of great restaurants and shopping. Of course there are Ubers too. Thanks for a great stay!

Charleston week for the big 60

The house was quaint and in the historic district. Plenty of room for our group of five. Pulling out of the driveway was difficult but with someone watching the traffic and guiding it was really no problem. I was aware from previous reviews. The building next door has an iris mural which made the house and driveway easy to fine.

Nice place

Location is great, very clean and comfortable. The only recommendation is that needs some extra kitchen supplies, (like serving bowls). The bodega right on the corner was very convenient for last minute stuff. I will definitely choose to stay in this place again

great hosts

this was our 2nd time staying at the property. last trip was 2 years ago. our hosts are wonderful and communicated very effectively. my only complaint if there is one has nothing to do with the host but the area. too much noise at night this time. people being loud at 3 am and multiple police and fire sirens. was difficult to sleep

Convenient location

The downtown location was so convenient, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Only moved the car one time to drive to the beach. The host was very quick to answer any questions.

Great Charleston stay!!

My parents and I went to visit my daughter at C of C and wanted a place close to school and the comforts of home. This home was perfect! Great neighborhood, private parking spot, clean home, well furnished and so clean! The hosts were super easy to communicate with! Beds were comfortable and they provided everything we needed to make a few meals. We will definitely come back to this property!

Hurricane Debby did not get us down

Despite the weather, we had a great time! Comfy beds, warm showers, and plenty of space for the 6 of us. Great location to downtown, just far enough that we did not flood, but close enough we could get a good walk in on the 2 days that did not rain. Charleston is lovely, and this property is super cute.
