Questa è una camera da letto, 4 posti letto, un bagno, soggiorno, cucina completa, casa al piano terra, situata nella parte nord di Charleston, nella Carolina del Sud. Il quartiere è una vista platonica, residenziale, non scenica, costruita nel quartiere degli anni '60.
Se vuoi sistemazioni sicure, accoglienti e private a un ottimo prezzo? Allora BENVENUTO A CASA !!

North Charleston si trova a 15-20 minuti in auto dalla sezione storica di Downtown Charleston, a 20-30 minuti in auto dalle spiagge ea 5 minuti in auto dal Colosseo e dal centro congressi. 10 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto, ed è convenientemente situato vicino alle rampe di autostrada interstatali principali che ti porteranno in qualsiasi posto tu debba andare a Charleston. No Animali, (E indipendentemente da ciò che si fuma? ) >> NON FUMARE ALL'INTERNO !! Nessuna combustione di incenso, questa casa è dotata di letti queen size in entrambe le camere da letto, cucina completa, macchina per il caffè, microonde, utensili da cucina, TV da 60 pollici nel soggiorno, lettore DVD, TV a schermo piatto da 30 pollici in ogni camera da letto, TV via cavo, Internet WIFI accesso, due divani in pelle, lavatrice, asciugatrice, sapone da bucato, lenzuola in tessuto, stereo portico separato, tavolo esterno coperto per area fumatori, riscaldamento e aria centrale, asciugamani, biancheria da letto, lenzuola, cuscini, parcheggio esterno non coperto. La vista esterna è residenziale e sicuramente non è lussuosa. Ma per il prezzo, questa casa è sicuramente una delle migliori offerte nella zona di Charleston. Nota: è estremamente difficile soddisfare le preferenze di tutti in merito a sapone, rasoi, bagnoschiuma e dentifrici. Non fornisco questi articoli indicati come articoli personali. Tony is the golden standard of what rental houses should be. I would give him 12/10 if I could. The house was phenomenal, and we cannot recommend it enough. Additionally, he is very responsive to any questions you may have. He will go out of his wat to make your stay pleasurable, and the house itself is great as well. Thank you Tony!

Better than expected!

We booked this property because of the price and distance from Credit One Stadium, where we were going to see a show. The pictures do not do it justice! It is an older home, but very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything in the house was clearly labeled, which was a nice touch. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems. It was so easy to get to Daniel Island for our concerts, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for some shows! The property host was very kind and easy to work with. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Tony was an absolutely FANTASTIC host. His place was exactly as described on his listing including a big open floor plan in the kitchen. He really goes the extra mile in making his guests feel welcome, from leaving out candies in each room to having music playing when we got there. We accidentally threw out a small keepsake from our trip in the garbage and didn't realize it until after leaving. We called Tony and told him, and he immediately offered to go over and look for it. He quite literally looked through the trash and sent it out to us in a timely fashion. We could not have asked for a better experience. We would HIGHLY recommend.

Great time!

We had a great time. The place was bigger than we expected and the location was better than we thought it would be. We wouldn't have discovered Park Circle if we didn't stay in North Charleston. Tony provided a great stay with fun perks, we'd stay here again for sure!

Excellent stay

At first you may feel some concern about the area because it’s in an older area of North Charleston! We had zero issues with the location/area! It is the perfect distance to Park Circle and downtown Charleston. The house was so cozy and Tony was such an AMAZING host and had so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. I LOVED the unique decor!! There are also SO MANY good movies available to watch if you have some down time or want a nice break from running around. We will definitely be back here!

Tony did an excellent job of meeting our needs. When coffee maker didn’t work he brought another one over for us to use! The wine was a perfect touch for celebrating a 21st birthday. neighborhood seems rough when coming in to house, but was quiet and had no issues at all during our stay. Was a great place to stay while in Charleston area.

Convenient to airport and train station

Stayed 2 nights before flying home after week stay in Port Royal. Though neighborhood was little sketchy, the interior of house was clean and had great 80/70's feel. Host provided everything you need, including snacks. It is only 10 minute from airport via a highway, couple minutes to Amtrak station and not much more if want to visit downtown or plantations.

Was reluctant about the location but turned out fine!

The place is cute! It was dusty and had food on the floor. When you.walk in you have soft music , sweet notes all over and candy everywhere! Even mints on the pillows!! The coffee bar is wonderful! Tony is a pleasure to deal with!!

Wonderful stay

This is our 2nd time staying here while in charleston. Everything was wonderful! Great location with lots of things nearby. Tony was a wonderful host with excellent hospitality! We will definitely stay again!

Great place

This property, while only two bedrooms, is bigger than the listing leads one to believe. It's very nice. The host was friendly and responsive. They added nice touches we weren't expecting, such as soft music playing when we arrived. Just watch the coffee maker if you're brewing a single cup. It doesn't stop automatically.

Amazing Stay!

We would definitely recommend this house to others! This house has so much character and we loved it. Comfortable beds, nice big kitchen with everything you need, and as clean as they come. Located right by the interstate making for easy travels.
