    Situato convenientemente su Governor's Drive nella piantagione di Vanderhorst tra The Sanctuary Hotel e l'offerta ricreativa di East Beach e il famoso Ocean Course, questa casa di sei camere da letto, sei bagni, 3.740 piedi quadrati recentemente rinnovata è situata tra squisite querce e palme imponenti su un grande angolo homesite. Il paesaggio ben curato migliora l'invitante veranda anteriore e l'esterno rivestito in legno di cedro della casa, che vanta una tradizionale facciata in stile meridionale. Le viste delle proprietà si estendono attraverso le acque della laguna fino al quinto fairway del Corso Osprey Point - una perfetta isola di Kiawah e ambientazione Lowcountry.

    Gli splendidi nuovi arredi interni conferiscono a questa casa un'atmosfera luminosa, ariosa e costiera.

    La planimetria tradizionale comprende una bella sala da pranzo formale e un soggiorno separato con ripiani incorporati, illuminazione a incasso, un camino e tre porte in vetro che permettono alla luce naturale di fluire all'interno. Due ulteriori porte scorrevoli in vetro, armadi in legno personalizzati e un'isola centrale sono i punti focali della cucina.

    Gli spazi abitativi si estendono all'esterno della grande veranda protetta e del nuovo ponte Garapa che si affaccia sulle calme acque lagunari. Alberi rigogliosi e fogliame forniscono un santuario esterno tranquillo e privato.

    La spaziosa suite principale dispone di un camino e porte scorrevoli in vetro per un balcone privato, più armadi e un bagno con doppio lavabo con ripiani in granito e pavimenti in piastrelle. Una camera per gli ospiti al primo piano ha anche una serie di porte in vetro per portare la luce naturale e offrire l'accesso agli spazi di vita all'aperto.

    Al piano superiore, il secondo piano vanta uno spazio convertito con soffitti a volta, una camera da letto con un bagno completo più due salotti confortevoli e silenziosi, uno dei quali è rivestito in cipresso e offre un tranquillo spazio appartato con una finestra circolare decorativa personalizzata che offre una vista di la laguna attraverso gli alberi.

Serene, Clean, Spacious, Well-Stocked Kitchen

We extended our stay at this lovely home that includes a screened back porch situated next to a small, wooded area which leads to a pond and in the near distance, a golf course. The porch extends across the back of the house so multiple guests can take advantage of the view. Kiawah has a few restaurant options, but if you're staying for more than a few days, you'll likely want to cook at home. This kitchen makes that easy because it is well-stocked with cooking and baking tools (not always the case in rentals). The main sitting area in the house had multiple, comfortable seating options. I'd stay here again.

AMAZING Property

Not sure there are enough words to express how special this home AND location are. The home is STUNNING. The space for everyone is fantastic. The screened in porch was wonderful. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and more! The beds were very comfortable. If you are debating heating the pool, just do it. It is VERY cold, if left unheated, as it is shaded. Some may love that, but it wasn’t extremely hot the week we were there and the pool was definitely too cold for our group. The bike rental and bike rides to the beach were so pleasant and fun. Renting chairs and umbrellas to be delivered to the beach is definitely the way to go! This was the best trip our family has ever taken, and a huge part of that was how incredible this location was.

Great house and loved our stay

We had a great time at the property. Even though we preferred to be closer to beach we found a short cut that made it easy. The house is pretty and well decorated. At first was a little dissatisfied there were not more tvs in the house but then quickly forgot about it. Actually gave us more quiet time. View of lagoon was pretty. Liked having a pool. Being on Governors a busy street was totally fine. Loved it.

The upstairs has two full bathrooms and a living room area for kids to have their own space. The downstairs bedrooms all have bathrooms that are updated and they are separate from the master bedroom. The outdoor area is spacious and the plunge pool is great for cooling off. Great views and location on the island as well. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire house is decorated and clean. ESPM is a great company to rent thru. We definitely will rent this home again. The driveway is also great for multiple vehicles.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our extended time in this home! The layout is great with four bedrooms and attaching baths all on the first floor! Also, the kitchen was very well stocked and it was furnished well. Just beautiful. Our suggestions to make the rental experience go from good to great would be for the owners to grant access to the garage, for there to be TVs in the bedrooms (there were none), and for access to the smart TV in the living room. There are a lot of trees surrounding the property, and debris feel often. Our cars were a constant mess and we had to physically move our bikes from the driveway up and around the home into the screened porch area any time it was going to rain. It was very frustrating not to be able to easily move things into a garage. Also, the main TV is restricted with a PIN required so we couldn't download apps for the children to use our personal accounts. This wasn't helpful on rain days or for family movie nights. Also, please be aware that the home is on a very busy street. Cars fly by often. If you have small children like we do, please plan on being outside with them at all times. Overall, we would stay again if there was garage access!

Fun Family Trip

This was a perfect last minute get away before the kids return to school. The house had the perfect amount of space and a wonderful kitchen/family room area for everyone to come together. We did have a small problem with ants in hat we had to wait a day to get taken care of, but the gentleman came (and was super nice) and swiftly got the problem resolved.
