Splendida vista di palude di Clark Sound!

Benvenuti sull'isola di Behren, nuovo di zecca per il mercato delle vacanze! Non proprio su un'isola, ma una visione che ha ispirato e dipinto molti artisti locali. Dalle finestre potrete vedere lo storico Faro di Morris Island e le vedute panoramiche sulla palude.

La nostra casa è stata divisa in un duplex. Il tuo privato, recentemente rinnovato, due camere da letto / due bagni appartamento occupa l'ultimo piano della nostra casa elevata. Dall'ultimo piano, così come il vostro patio privato al piano terra, vi sono viste meravigliose dalla proprietà.

La colorata area lounge è stata ispirata dai nostri viaggi in Spagna, Francia e America Centrale. L'angolo cottura a servizio completo include tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole il tuo soggiorno. Tavolo da pranzo può ospitare quattro e offre una vista spettacolare!

La "Charleston Room" è elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e ha una t. v. e macchina del suono. Il suo imponente bagno termale privato è stato appena rinnovato e ha una vasca idromassaggio per due, così come una doccia stand alone e doppi lavandini.

La serena "Folly Room" ha foto e stampe di monumenti locali. Ha un divanetto, letto matrimoniale e macchina del suono. Il bagno per gli ospiti serve questa camera da letto.

Dedicato al parcheggio fuori strada per due auto.
Posti a sedere a livello del patio quattro. E 'dedicato per il vostro soggiorno e ha ampie vedute di palude!

La proprietà è completamente autorizzata attraverso la contea di Charleston.
Siamo 2. 5 miglia da Folly Beach, appena fuori Folly Rd. C'è una pista ciclabile dedicata. La drogheria di Harris Teeter, una stazione di servizio e un negozio sulla spiaggia sono di fronte all'ingresso del quartiere.
Diversi ristoranti popolari con posti a sedere all'aperto si trovano nelle vicinanze, così come la consegna della pizza fantastica.

This house was in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking the marshlands. The bedrooms are large and there are 2 baths. The host was great and let us use beach towels and chairs. It was a good location between Charleston and some nice beaches.

The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was breathtaking The little patio spot behind the house was one of the most peaceful places for me. I enjoyed sitting there and reading while watching the wildlife on the sound. The location was convenient to many restaurants and the hosts were extremely helpful.

Our second time staying at this rental. We love the owners who are happy to answers any questions or concerns. We love the easy access to either Folly Beach or Charleston and there is so much to do and see here, the list is long! The rental is clean, immaculate and the bed is super comfortable!

Staying here was beyond lovely. Went for a relaxing girls trip and it was everything we could’ve hoped for. Owners were so friendly and accommodating. The drive to the beach was so easy. Our favorite part of the stay was definitely the beautiful view of the marsh and seeing all the birds. I already want to book again. Highly recommend!!!! (There are two big flights of stairs which we didn’t mind at all but if you’re someone who doesn’t do well with stairs just beware!)

Great communication and space very clean with charm. Went for a mother daughter trip with the daughter portion being in their 40s. Kitchen is small but you can definitely eat some meals in. Nice beds and linens. Great little host details like will loan you beach chairs if needed. Location is on beautiful marsh that changes with the tide and the colors are glorious- even better than host pictures. It is a CLIMB up to the second floor as they have lifted the house and then you are on the second floor… My mom has some mobility issues so just something other visitors might need to think - mom did just fine we just planed days so we didn’t need to do stairs over and over. Also some local youth knocked on door twice to ask if we wanted our car washed- just a heads up that’s a thing I guess lol. We liked Folly beach with parking at the County Park side. We also loved our dinner at Crust Wood Fired Pizza - gluten free crust was best I’ve had! Enjoy your trip!

Every year my sisters and I stay at this house in Charleston right over the bridge from Folly Beach. The owners are always quick to communicate. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything we need. The view is stunning. We are convenient to both downtown and the beach. I love this place!

The property was perfect. The location cannot be beat if you are anticipating visiting different areas around Charleston. The proximity to Folly was literally a stones throw and Charleston could be reached in 10 minutes by car. The home is stocked with so many thoughtful amenities including simple items like allergy medicine and headache medicine. There was an abundance of towels and toilet paper. The view of the marsh is the cherry on the pie. Stunning!

Came up for girls weekend for Charleston Food and Wine. This location was so convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach and James Island activities. Everything in the townhome was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the marsh views and seeing the tide changes. Check in and check out process was very smooth and easy. Great stay.
