Perfect Place for a Long Weekend
We traveled to Charleston with family and stayed at Lewis Court, Unit B. The space was sun-lit, bright and well cared for in an excellent location close to King Street with onsite parking. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Charleston.

The king size mattress and bedding were super comfortable and linens smelled so clean. Sounds crazy, but I loved going to bed because of how cozy and fresh the bedding was. Kitchen was spotless and we appreciated the coffee provided for our mornings. Location was an easy 2 block walk to King street - super convenient. Side porch was super cute and I wish I had more time to sit and enjoy it.

Loved the rental. We had to purchase dish liquid, dishwasher pods and more toilet paper, but overall, it was a great week. Loved the old place, creaky floors and all.Location was great too.

Very nice experience, staying close to King with plenty of space. There are steep stairs so just be aware.
Walkable location,very convenient. Hosts very responsive to questions. Definitely recommend

This is a beautiful historic property in a great location for experiencing some of the smaller but great restaurants and shops in a trendy part of town. King st is only a 3 block walk for those seeking more choices for food, drink and shopping. As noted in the property description, the air conditioning is supplied by a combination of window units and central air. We were there the last week of August with typical weather and really had no issue with the property being sufficiently cooled. My only comment would be to leave the bedroom doors open to promote circulation and equalize the temperature.We were in Charleston for the birth of my grandchild and were 8-10 minutes away from MUSC. The French Quarter and other tourist attractions were easy to get to from this location.Unless you desire brand new construction, I'd recommend this location without reservation.

Nice but for the price could be better
The appliances were nice. The stove was greasy and there were lots of cobwebs in the windows. The bathroom was very hot with no ventilation. And I was under the impression that there were tvs in all rooms. Location and parking were good and I appreciated the daily contact of management. But the shower and sink drains were stopped up and that needs to fixed. I think the price was too high for the accommodations. But greatly appreciate the way management checked in on us daily.
