Affascinante e contemporaneo, questo appartamento con due camere da letto si trova in Upper King Street, ai margini di Marion Square. A breve distanza a piedi ci sono negozi e ristoranti di prim'ordine tra cui Halls Chophouse, The Darling Oyster Bar, Parcel 32, O-Ku e Kudu Coffee & Craft Beer. Il parcheggio privato si trova direttamente dietro l'edificio, quindi puoi lasciare l'auto e camminare ovunque nel cuore del centro di Charleston.

Il soggiorno aperto e la cucina con bar per la colazione offrono il luogo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. Due comode camere da letto (una con un letto king size e una con un letto queen size) condividono un bagno completo nel corridoio. Sentiti a casa con una cucina completa, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e TV via cavo (ogni camera ha una TV a schermo piatto con cavo).

Per tutta l'estate, goditi il mercato del contadino dietro l'angolo in Marion Square con artisti, venditori e agricoltori locali. Per tutto l'anno, la seconda domenica di King Street (che si tiene la seconda domenica di ogni mese) chiude Lower King per un "negozio e passeggiata" con venditori ambulanti e artisti, musica dal vivo, ristoranti e shopping.

Birthday Getaway

Many years ago I visited Charleston with a few friends. We didn’t stay long and I have always wanted to come back. This time it was with my husband. We had a wonderful time. The location and comfort of this lovely condo were just what we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Location

The apartment is located in the middle of everything and very walkable to most attractions. While clean it could use a major scrub down and a little more TLC, things are starting to wear down. Communication with the corporate owner was not confirmed or responded to. I had to initiate confirmations. Easy to check in although arriving late the entrance is not well lit and could be improved. Furniture is comfortable but could use updating. The beds were comfortable but lighting in the bath is poor. The contract to rent is a bit extreme and you have to sign an adhesion agreement that severely limits your rights if anything goes wrong. Too much corporate and not enough heart. Longing for the days of owner operated properties

Great location!

We were able to walk everywhere from this location! A 15 minute walk to the French quarter. Bars and restaurants everywhere! The apartment was clean and the host accommodating. Some updates are needed such as additional night stands, plugs/usbs,microwave panel kept falling off, ice dispenser did not dispense. Overall a good experience.

PERFECT location!

This property was absolutely perfect for our 4-person gals trip to Charleston. Located right by all of the shops, restaurants, and bars we wanted to go to, we didn’t have to get into an Uber a single time over the weekend. Check in and check out process was an absolute breeze and the apartment had all the space we needed, including one parking spot right out back. Five stars all around, highly recommend!!

Great Location, Comfy Space

We really enjoyed the apartment, its location, the Parking Spot! Walked everywhere and also hired the pedi-cabs on the corner for longer distances. Smooth check-in, great communication, everything needed for an enjoyable extended weekend or longer. Don’t hesitate to book here.

Heart of the City

My wife and I stayed here for a week. I lived in Charleston for 12 years and this place will have you enjoy the city. It has everything walking distance Highly recommend.

Great location!

Loves this place!! The apartment is conveniently located on King Street within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Check in/ checkout was super easy and the texts letting us know if the owners could help in anyway were great. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location for Charleston getaway

Loved staying in this centrally located King St apartment. Was about less than 15 min from most things we wanted to do - very walkable which was fantastic. Comfortable well appointed apartment - would recommend!

Wonderful Stay

First off let me say the listing is extremely accurate, from pictures to location and other reviews. The check in process was extremely easy, communication with management was quick and easy. The location of the unit is second to none. It was perfect and walking distance to everything! The unit is not entirely kid friendly but nor does it say it is. We had a couple of small issues, the host was more then willing to accommodate extremely quickly, and great communication and updates were given. Absolutely would stay here again and at any of their other properties!

Excellent Stay!

Convenient location on King Street, clean and comfortable place with modern decor. Only 1 parking spot for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment FYI, but otherwise all around wonderful stay and would recommend.

Great location and comfortable, clean quarters...however, a few safety items

This 2 bedroom VRBO is lovely and perfectly located on King Street within walking distance of many restaurants and things to see. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager made our check-in process very easy and most everything was in working order. However, there are a few safety issues that need to be addressed ASAP. The first is the entrance is behind the building, and there were no working lights at that door, making that area very dark and unsafe at night. The property manager told me they are working with the building owner to get it fixed, but it was an issue for us during out stay. The second item is a clogged bathtub drain, which makes the tub very slick and unsafe when stepping into it with the shower on. The last item is a good sized gap in a window pane in the living room. If there is any kind of bad weather (heat/cold/rain/humidity) it is going to come into that room. Overall, we would probably stay here the next time we are in Charleston. Nevertheless, we would definitely use Luxury Simplified Retreats again.
