Guests enter Coastal Chic by entering the home's front door on the carport level. Once you enter the front door, you will find a carpeted stairwell that takes you to the kitchen, dining room, family room and one of the home's two primary suites. You'll love the private balcony with two outdoor dining tables located off of the living room. The home's first floor also has a washing machine & dryer. Another stairwell on the first floor takes you to the two queen suites (each with two queen beds and an en suite bathroom) on the home's second floor. The home's second primary suite (which is located on the home's third floor) features an en suite bathroom and a private balcony.



COMMUNITY POOL TYPICALLY OPENS APRIL 1ST. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES. We do not manage the pool or resort. The HOA manage the pool. 2 Entry wristbands are provided per home and additional group wristbands are available for other attendees (up to a max). All pool users must be in a group with someone with an Entry wristband.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off.
