  • Soggiorna in uno dei complessi più famosi di Wild Dunes! Questo condominio sopra il mare con tre camere da letto e tre bagni ha la comodità di essere a pochi passi dall'oceano e di avere anche una bella piscina comunitaria. I pavimenti e gli arredi sono stati aggiornati in tutte le camere da letto e negli spazi abitativi. La piscina condominiale all'aperto e il lungomare di accesso alla spiaggia si trovano direttamente accanto al complesso edilizio. Goditi la brezza dell'oceano e le viste sull'Oceano Atlantico dalla veranda protetta o dal balcone principale.

    Il primo piano comprende una camera da letto, un bagno completo, una cucina, una zona pranzo e uno spazio abitativo dal design accattivante con TV via cavo a schermo piatto e accesso diretto al portico schermato. Il secondo piano ospita due camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato, oltre a una lavatrice e asciugatrice. La master suite vanta un balcone privato con viste spettacolari sull'oceano. Beautiful Views

Great location, quiet, & clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night and feeling the ocean breeze and star gazing! Easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk. The complex pool was nice, but needed cleaning. The kitchen was swell stocked.

Location, layout and amenities are all superior and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner to provide not only a well-equipped kitchen, but even a small library under the stairs! Island Realty was helpful in righting an administrative issue and also when we had a minor repair needed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was dirty. We had cockroaches. There were gummy bears under the bed in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv. There was a blood stained pillow case on a pillow in the closet of the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen cupboards were so full that we had very little room to store our food. The water filter on for the refrigerator was 99% overdue. We told the maintenance at Island Realty but it was never repaired. The location was great and the condo was a good size, but for the money that we spent, I would expect a clean condo. I will rent again at Beach Club Villas but not from Island Realty mostly because they are way below par on cleanliness. Also the furniture felt very dirty.

Neat, clean , nicely decorated, good furniture, and wonderful beds! My daughter rented #67 and we were impressed with the updated kitchen. Taking out the wall and adding the island made it feel HUGE. Something that would improve #69, as the kitchen is really tiny for 6 adults. Otherwise, no complaints!

Sat-Sat rental, this was Sun-Sun. Due to flights and schedules, we left Sat, so wasted $. We also had to rent Hotel Rooms on Resort which was quite expensive. The Condo itself was fine. The experience based on above was not at all.

No benefit points toward bikes or chairs were provided. Usually $250 in beach gear with other properties. Some of the Beach Club Villa's are closer to the beach than others. This one was pretty good. I was shocked at the beach erosion nearby since my last stay on isle of palms. Rust in bathroom fixtures.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and appreciated the keyless lock. We were disappointed in the condition of the unit. The views are nice but it needs a revamp. Ceiling paint peeling, needs a deep clean and updated baths. Thw furniture is "tired" and there is an odd smell. We were here during a deep freeze and found the heating unit could not keep up with the cold. It ran constantly but didnt keep us warm enough downstairs, while the master bedroom was too warm. They definitely need humidifier on the unit in the winter. We enjoyed time as a family but we won't be staying here again in it's current cindition.
