Questa splendida residenza cittadina con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è meravigliosa da cima a fondo! Situata a Mount Pleasant, Carolina del Sud, questa casa è immersa in una fiorente area con molti posti fantastici da vedere. Si trova a pochi minuti dal centro e da due spiagge locali dell'isola! A soli 5. 47 miglia dalla spiaggia di Sullivan's Island e 7. 18 miglia dalla spiaggia dell'isola di Palms. Due posti auto assegnati per unità e un ampio parcheggio per gli ospiti. Nelle vicinanze si trovano piantagioni, negozi outlet e centri commerciali, ristoranti di classe mondiale e innumerevoli attività e festival all'aperto. Un ottimo modo per rimanere e suonare a Charleston senza essere sorpreso dal trambusto! A pochi passi dal famoso Authur Ravenel, il Jr Bridge dove ogni anno si svolge una delle più grandi gare da 10k. Puoi camminare / correre / andare in bicicletta o semplicemente visitare i sentieri su entrambi i lati di questo magnifico nuovo ponte.

Questa casa è di circa 1400 piedi quadrati ed è stata completamente ristrutturata. Belle finiture in tutta la casa, nessun dettaglio lasciato in sospeso. Tutte le camere sono situate al secondo piano della casa, così come l'ospite bagno completo a quattro pezzi. La camera da letto principale dispone di un moderno bagno a tre pezzi con bagno! Tutte le camere contengono un letto matrimoniale (un tempurpedic) e un ampio spazio armadio. Una stanza di polvere e lavanderia situata convenientemente al piano di sotto al largo del soggiorno. Per comodità, una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice si trovano al piano inferiore in uno spazio separato separato.! Starter kit con carta igienica, salviette di carta e articoli per la pulizia, ecc. Saranno forniti per iniziare la vacanza nel modo giusto!

Un patio ben curato e recintato è nascosto dietro la sala da pranzo / soggiorno completo di grill a gas e tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con ombrellone.

NON PERDERE QUESTA GRANDE FUGA! Le foto non mentono, questo è assolutamente da vedere!

Family Fun in Charleston

We booked this townhome for a family vacation. This location in Mt. Pleasant is close to everything we wanted to do and see. It is no more than 15 minutes to Folly Beach, Shem’s Creek, downtown Charleston and Sullivan’s Island. The neighborhood is quiet and has a pool and tennis courts. The townhome is older and a bit dark but it is tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. We utilized the back patio daily. It was a great area to plan our adventures and enjoy a meal. The unit has everything you could need including a washer and dryer. A must when traveling with 2 teenage girls!! We had a small issue in the complex with another unit further down catching fire. I reached out to the host and she called me immediately. All was well with our unit and our vacation continued. I highly recommend this unit. The host was fantastic and the location can’t be beat!!

Lovely Stay in Mount Pleasant

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome! The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made it easy to relax and unwind.The home was spotless upon arrival, clearly well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Everything from the fresh linens to the sparkling kitchen showed great attention to cleanliness and comfort.Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. Sheryl provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to any questions, making the whole process incredibly smooth.If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located "home away from home," I’d absolutely recommend this property. We will definitely come back again!

Great Location, Nice Amenities

The location was great, being 15 minutes from downtown or sullivans island made getting anywhere easy. Being across from the tennis courts and a short walk to the pool was also appreciated.

Good location, Old Creaky House

Overall we had a good time staying here. I will list the pros and cons of this house. Pros: -The beds are very comfortable. They are very tall, so if you are short that might be an issue. I'm 5'6" and I had to have a tiny jump to get up into the bed. -The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans -There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. -The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood. -The washer and dryer were nice to have. -There are several grocery stores nearby. Cons: -The floors in the upstairs are very creaky. You can hear whenever anyone walks. -The upstairs bathroom doors have gaps and you can see quite a bit of light around the doors. -It is very dark. Because it is a townhouse there aren't very many windows and the windows are small. In the middle of the day we needed to use the lights in the house. The decor is also a dark decor which adds to the dark feeling of the house. -Not a huge con, but the decor is old feeling. It felt like we were at Grandma or Great Grandma's house. Unfortunately, while we were staying here a tropical storm hit the area. Everything closed, even the pool, and we were stuck in the house. I was grateful for access to cable tv. We spent a lot of time watching the Olympics. However, we wished there was more to do. There was a very old deck of cards, a puzzle that was falling apart, and another old game I've never heard of. It would have been nice to have some newer games to play. Overall it was a nice stay

Great spot!

This beautiful and spacious townhouse met all of our expectations. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of seating, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Outside temps were very hot, but the A/C unit was excellent. Even the upstairs were comfortable. Tennis courts and swimming pool were steps away from the front door. Great location You won’t be disappointed!

Baseball Tournament stay

House was very nice and in a lovely and convenient community. The pool was great. the private patio was very nice and we ate dinner there each evening. Convenient to grocery stores, pharmacy, and general shopping. It was easy to get into Charleston, close to Boone plantation and access to the boat for Fort Sumter. We were there for a Baseball tournament but Mount Pleasant was a perfect, centralized location,

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND AS EXPECTED. A GOOD LOCATION AND EASY TO GET IN AND OUT. ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO FASTEN MORE SECURELY THE FRONT DOOR LOCK, AS IT WAS A BIT FINICKY... BUT THAT WOULD NOT MAKE THIS LESS THAN A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. JUST A SUGGESTION.

I like the tucked back neighborhood. It’s central to everything. We also stayed there with my dad after Christmas so when this property popped up when I searched for a place to stay in February I jumped on it.

Great property, great location, and great stay

Property was easy to find, had convenient parking, and was in a great location central to everything Charleston has to offer. The property was clean, well furnished, beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen was more than fully stocked, and check-in/check-out could not have been easier. I only contacted Sheryl once with a general question (not a problem of any kind) and she was very quick to respond. My son and I had a great visit over the Thanksgiving holiday and this property was a big part of it. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Charleston area and will definitely look here first next time I go down to visit.
