Due camere da letto, due bagni condominio di fronte alla spiaggia. Cucina attrezzata. Wet bar. TV via cavo in entrambe le camere da letto e soggiorno. Internet senza fili. Non fumare per favore. L'accesso al molo di pesca. Dall'altra parte della strada dal County Park, che comprende un parco giochi e di giorno bagnino spiaggia durante la stagione estiva.

The perfect condo for an IOP getaway!

My mom and I took my two children (2.5 and 4) for a long weekend at IOP. This listing was just as advertised! Clean, tidy, spacious and the perfect location! We had such a great experience and would love to come back!

Great location, needs updates

Giving grace on the updates done cosmetically and provisions within, the property was lacking in some functional updates. Issues with plumbing, appliances, and A/C put a damper on our stay. The location and convenience and vibe of the area was absolutely amazing!

Great spot

We had a great time here. A quick walk to some bars and restaurants, and being able to use the amenities of the resort across the street was perfect! Private beach access was very convenient, and fishing pier was a fun touch. The coin laundry being right next to the beach was not enticing, as that’s a lot of walking back and forth for laundry, but otherwise safe quiet neighborhood, clean property, everything as listed. Super easy check in and check out. Very responsive hosting with Island Realty. Hurricane Helene passed through while we were there and they were very informative giving emergency contacts and support throughout. I was very impressed by the service. Defined wouldn’t try to squeeze 6 people. Four would have been perfect. Adding more with the pullout couch would have made it VERY crowded.

Well oiled machine

Island realty is a smooth operation, check in, communication and checkout we’re so easy. Wife left her watch, we sent a text and it was at our house in two days. Highly recommend this company

Unit 109

The room needs new mattresses and pillows. The pillows were flat and stained really bad and the beds were a little uncomfortable. The dishwasher didn’t clean very well. We had to rewash almost everything by hand and the floor was dirty. There wasn’t a lot of choices for cookware, but we made due. The staff was friendly and the location was really great. The room layout was good too. I would tell someone overall this unit is okay if you’re not planning on spending much time in the room (eating out a lot and going out at night) just bring your favorite pillow and some house shoes with you. For families that plan on cooking a lot and staying in most evenings I don’t think I’d pick this particular unit.

Tired and dirty

Location of this property is wonderful but the unit stunk, one piece of furniture had a strong BO smell, the beds weren’t comfortable and the place was dirty. In addition dishes/supplies seem to have been purchased at goodwill with little matching, one spoon looked like it was run through the disposal and almost cut my mouth. If none of that matters, being across the street from the beach is nice

Perfect getaway to unwind

We spent my wife’s birthday here. Originally, we were going to stay in Charleston as that was the destination. We changed our plans to stay here as it was just enough outside of town to keep us grounded and yet close enough that if we wanted to be busy, we could. The property was comfortable for our party of 3-4 and the balcony was great for evening times. Everything necessary (groceries, restaurants, laundry and beach) was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and the property and location had a lot to do with that. Thanks for having us!

Ladies weekend at the Isle of Palms

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three of us ladies have been coming to the Isle of Palms and staying at Oceanside for the past 8 years. This was my first experience renting an umbrella and chair from Island Realty prior to my visit. Unfortunately, the first day, the chair and umbrella were not on the beach and I had to call the rental company as I was unable to get your company on the phone. The second day, I couldn't find the umbrella and chair as different groups of people had separated them and were using them. It would be helpful if the rental placed the name of the renter on the umbrella as they do the chair. Several people were complaining of the same as I searched for my rental. Again, I had to call the rental company. We also saw our first roach in the rental. Otherwise, the rental was clean and enjoyable. We will return for future visits. I just had to let you know the problems we incurred.
