Welcome to State St B, a luxurious haven nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Charleston. This exquisite apartment, one of two sister residences, boasts upscale charm and elegant design at every turn.
Step inside to discover exposed brick walls and stunning hardwood floors, setting the stage for a sophisticated retreat. The modern furnishings, adorned with gold accents and curated details, create an ambiance of refined luxury.
Entertain in style in the unique dining area, featuring booth seating and cozy armchairs, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a full suite of luxury appliances, tons of space, and everything you need for at-home meals and snacks.
With two beautiful bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom (one with a standalone soaking tub and one with a shower), everyone will find their own oasis of comfort. The second bedroom even has a desk/workstation perfect for remote workers or students.
Escape above to the rooftop terrace, where comfortable outdoor seating awaits. It's your own serene sanctuary in the bustling city—a place to unwind and recharge.

Local Attractions: The Battery, The Charleston Museum, Upper King Street, Xaio Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Warehouse, Chez Nous, Josephine Wine Bar, Wildflour Pastry, College of Charleston.
Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Apt A is a two-story unit located on the lower level, while Apt B is a two-story unit situated directly above it. Both are in the same building, with one stacked on top of the other.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
**Parking Details:**
- Guests can opt to pay $350/month for one spot in the Liberty Center parking garage which is abt 3 blocks or .2 miles from the property.
- If guest have another car, or wish to make other arrangements, they will need to find alternative parking. **There is no parking at the property or on the street.**

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
