Guarda il pesce che salta, una varietà di uccelli delle isole e alligatori nel loro habitat naturale dal comfort e dalla sicurezza della splendida sala del sole! Dispone anche di solarium, grill a gas, WiFi, DVD e TV via cavo. La metratura di questo
la casa è 1600. Solo cosmetici per camini, non disponibili per l'uso. Vietato fumare. Non sono ammessi animali, ad eccezione SOLO per animali di servizio e cani considerati per soggiorni superiori a 30 giorni (a pagamento).

Tessera sportiva Wild Dunes 2019: consente l'accesso al centro fitness, ai campi da tennis, ai programmi per bambini, alla piscina del Grand Pavilion (solo dopo le 16:00) e al centro di nuoto. Si prega di notare che si applicano costi aggiuntivi per il centro fitness e i programmi. La casa si trova all'interno della gated Community di Wild Dunes. Family vacation

This property is in need of a complete overhaul. We stayed in the same house a few years ago and it doesn’t look any different. Location is good. Kitchen was adequately stocked.

Great location

We couldn’t have been more happy with our location, it was an easy walk to the main center of Wild Dunes, beautiful views of the marsh, and a beautiful walk to the beach. Our favorite room was the screened in porch where we enjoyed family games in the evening and beautiful scenery, relaxing and reading in our downtime.

Nestled inside Wild Dunes

The house was basically nice but could use updating including but not limited to the furniture, flooring and lighting. There should have been extra towels but received only one set per person. The sliding glass door was hard to slide, ironically I got a text during our stay by maintenance to come by to look at the door, I didn’t call them. The communication with the Management Company was terrible before check-in; during our stay it was excellent. No blow dryer was supplied. What rental doesn’t have a blow dryer in this day in age? Same does for a K-Cup Brewer vs a conventional coffee maker. Our trip was very last minute, a sudden death in the family. There were a couple of light bulbs burned out too. If I owned the place it would get a make-over and a new Management Company. Still in a pinch, I would stay there again as it’s close to the Wild Dunes pools and to the IOP Oceanfront.

Chillin on the Coast

Very clean, spacious, great kitchen pots, pans, silverware glasses and dishes! Had everything we needed and a short 15 min walk to beach… used a wagon to take beach items to beach. No keurig but Mr Coffee was fine! Loved to see view of lagoon and golf course. We even had a green heron visitor and watched a gator in lagoon! Grill was awesome too! A pleasant comfy stay!

Updating

The place is a bit out dated and has a bad smell on the back sun room. Some of the sliding doors don't work and we kept finding long black hairs on the towels, sheets and bathrooms.

Fantastic Beach Vacation House In A Very Nice Area

The porch is the best part. Beautiful view of nature and the golf course from the back porch. Phenomenal location for a short golf cart drive to the resort amenities and beach access.

Very Nice

Nice property. A little dated but the sun room was a real bonus especially with the A/C. The walk to the beach was just a touch on the long side, The view out the back was very nice.

Great location!

We have stayed on this street before in another property, and always enjoy our time here at Wild Dunes. The house was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the porch, which looked out onto the first green of the golf course, but was protected. The house was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Would highly recommend!

House in the woods

The house was amazing. The accuracy of the online listing didn't do it justice that' s why I gave it 4 stars in that area. We arrived on rainy dark night only to wake up looking over a pond and a golf course. The house was spotless. wonderful time was had.

Great location and view!

We stayed at this property during a conference that was held at Wild Dunes. The location is a short walk to the Sweetwater Inn, Boardwalk area, and Harbor Golf Course. Probably a 10 minute walk to the beach. Golf course view in the back with plenty of shade from the trees. The finishes/appliances are a little bit outdated but everything was in good condition and clean. Would definitely recommend as a reasonably priced option within the center of Wild Dunes.

Great location but needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of the windows on the porch are broken and do not open and the porch has a strong mildew odor, so hard to get rid of the smell. The mattresses all need to be replaced. The one in the master had a thick foam pad over it that was wet when we checked in so we removed it from the bed but was still wet 5 days later 5 days. The porch and steps have had some wood repaired but need more repair. No way to turn on the overhead light in master becuase the control is missing. Great location but house needs some TLC.

Clean but outdated

Overall this was a fine visit, the unit was clean but because it is outdated it had an odor, the toilet wouldn’t stop running unless you jiggle the handle several times, the bathroom with the tub cold water wouldn't turn off without lots of work then we didn’t want to use it. The furniture felt dingy as well. The location was great- easy walking distance to beach and brand pavilion. We love wild dunes and this was a last minute trip so we took what was available.
