Importante ristrutturazione di oltre 350 K appena completata nell'ottobre del 2019, situata nella zona di Tockwotten Cove di Ninigret Pond. Zona tranquilla per passeggiate mattutine / serali al Ninigret Pond e gite in bicicletta sicure per i bambini. Ampio cortile laterale per attività all'aperto. Accesso ravvicinato alle spiagge di Charlestown e Blue Shutters (con un banco di concessione) Il Beach Pass è incluso nel noleggio. Ufficio privato al piano superiore per coloro che hanno fatto un po 'di lavoro. Lavanderia separata. Lo stagno di acqua dolce si affaccia sul ponte posteriore e osserva i cigni nello stagno mentre si beve il caffè del mattino. Ottime gite di un giorno a Watch Hill, RI (11 miglia), Mystic Seaport, CT (17 miglia), Block Island Ferry (15 miglia), Foxwoods Casino, CT (21 miglia), Newport, RI (30 miglia), Providence, RI (41 miglia). Guidare a livello locale a Narragansett o Misquamicut per vedere un film, mini golf, go-kart, parco acquatico e / o cucina raffinata. Guarda i pescherecci e le aragoste entrare nei bacini di Point Judith e portare a casa le aragoste per cucinare nella cucina ben fornita.


Quartiere e città: zona tranquilla e accogliente. Passeggiate rilassanti e gite in bicicletta con i bambini. Ottima cucina locale al "The Galley" o pizza al "Kingstown Pizza". Gelato artigianale al "Tropic Frost". Generi alimentari locali, gastronomia e deliziose bistecche al mercato di Charlestown. Colazione / ciambelle da Tim Horton. Goditi la navigazione al mercatino delle pulci locale durante il fine settimana al General Stanton's Inn.

Spiagge locali: Pass spiaggia incluso con noleggio per le spiagge di Charlestown e Blue Shutters. Spiagge sabbiose e bianche da godersi con le viste di Block Island in lontananza. Grandi onde Cammina per miglia fino a Charlestown Breachway e osserva il pescatore che cattura la spigola a strisce. Blue Shutters Beach ha sabbia più fine e più morbida con stand di concessione, docce e bagni.

Beautiful Beach House

This is our third year at this beautiful beach house, and every year when we enter, we are surprised by how lovely and clean is. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning was so appreciated. The beds are comfy, the furnishings great, and the fabulous kitchen and grill met all our dining needs! And of course, we loved the opportunity to sample the Charlestown beaches with the complementary pass. We had many wonderful dinners and family events at this beautiful home, and look forward to many more!

House and property is beautiful. We traveled from out of state There were 3 bath towels and no linens, no sheets or pillows cases. We used all four bedrooms. We received the welcome letter the day after we arrived informing myself and out of state members we could rent linens and could google a local business. Renters beware

Great Vacation Rental in RI

The rental location was perfect – nestled in a quiet section of town – but close enough to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house was clean and well decorated. Attention to detail was evident in every room, creating a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease, and the comfortable living spaces provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The communication with the property owner was good. He was prompt in responding to inquiries and provided all the necessary details about the rental. The booking process was straightforward, making the entire experience stress-free. Overall, our experience with this rental was great. It offered a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and charm.

Fabulous House!

The house is fabulous. It is spacious and immaculate. With so many amenities! The beach pass- huge!! The kitchen - the hub - is so large and well equipped that it made family dinners a dream. We enjoyed eating inside at the large dining room and outside- on the deck. And the new grill was such a treat- we made daily use of that!! We loved the outside shower for after long sandy days at the beach. And the clothesline for wet beach towels. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Safe for our kids to walk and bikeride. All and all, we loved the house and are grateful you generously shared it with us. We made memories to last us - until next year!

Perfect beach vaca

Beautiful and spacious house! Five minute drive to Charlestown Beach. The beach had 10 lifeguards on duty, the waves were gentle, the water was warm enough to swim, the beach was clean and gorgeous! Del's soft frozen lemonade on beach! The house was relaxing to come back to after a nice day at the beach!

Beautiful Vacation House in Quiet Neighborhood

This home totally exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. We had a very hot week and really appreciated the air conditioning, the outside shower, and the master bath! We ate in most of the time, and the lovely kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Rob was very easy to deal with and we’d love to vacation there again!

WE ALL LOVED THE HOUSE, IT ACCOMMODATED EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED.THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE NEEDED AND EVERYTHING FROM THE BEGINNING OF THIS BOOKING TO THE END OF THE VACTION WAS ABSLOTULEY WONDERFUL. WE WOULD DEFINITLEY LOOK TO BOOK THIS HOUSE AGAIN IF WE DECIDE TO GO TO RHODE ISLAND AGAIN. (WHICH I THINK WE WILL BE NEXT YEAR). ROB AND HIS WIFE WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF WE HAD A CONCERN. Great home close to the beach

The home was in a nice quiet area and a short distance to the beach. Home was in great condition and could tell the owner invested to give this home a nice touch making it feel like home. Would consider again to rent this home.

Loved the location, great neighborhood for the kids to ride their bikes, and awesome for walks in the morning. Property was very clean and loved the layout for our family. Great to have all the space on lower level for the children. Great time, can't wait for next year!

Great house and host!

We enjoyed our stay in Charlestown at this beautiful house. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Unfortunately out weather was not great but we were grateful to have a nice place to hang out when we couldn’t be outside. The check in was easy and the host was kind enough to call me before our arrival and filled me in on local spots.

This is a very comfortable and roomy house for a family vacation. Added bonus is a small office. The location in Charlestown is good for beaches, shopping and other area highlights.

Great stay at Lobster Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay at Lobster Lodge. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was great to be able to vacation with our canine companion in Rhode Island. The beach-themed decor in the house was fun to look at. We’d love to return, hopefully with better weather next time.

Great week

The property was as described, plenty of dishes, etc. I had a question when we arrived at the house and Rob was very helpful. The week we stayed was extremely hot and humid, the air in the house was just what was needed! It was great to be able to have our dog with us, it is difficult to find pet friendly rentals.

Great experience

Lobster Lodge was a perfect getaway for us during these difficult times. House layout was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood and not too far from some great beaches. Highly recommend.
