Hotel a Charlestown

“Ok so let me say , I have stayed at many a hotel but this stay surpassed them all honestly. We were greeted at the front desk and I want to say her name is Nancy and I’m sorry if I got that wrong , but she was lovely and took my daughter and I on a tour of this historic inn. “If you book through expedia or other sites, make sure you provide your HHonors number at check in or they will refuse to print a receipt for you. I had to complain with the customer service twice before the hotel emailed the stay receipt via email. Something they refused to do at check out, because I did not book on their website. The hotel is a bit outdated, but staff is friendly and professional. The wifi is fast, if compared with other hampton inn, the gym is very good, rooms are spacious....

“I had an excellent stay at the Mystic Marriott! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was absolutely wonderful everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The restaurant on site was also really good. The food and service were both great, and it was so convenient to have that option right at the hotel. The only small things I’d mention are that I stayed during school break week, so the pool area was pretty packed...
