The area is cute and walkable. We did the 3.5 mile Cliff Walk with views of the ocean and Newport Mansions. ”

“We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and so glad we found this adorable inn. Their yummy breakfasts were pleasantly served by the inn keeper, Kim and the Inn accommodated my gluten allergy for breakfast treats. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the wharf, we basically left our car in their private parking lot and walked everywhere. An added bonus, 4-6pm they served cheese, crackers and wine. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great, warm stay.”

“This is a family-owned motel, conveniently located near rt 95. The owner has put his heart into renovations and gardening. There is a nice hillside view of the natural environment surrounding the place so there is no feeling of being so near to the highway, and he has a nice picnic area and special plants he tends. The room was spacious with plenty of counter space. Although there is no breakfast provided at the motel, the mini mart just down the road had a good selection of freshly made food...

“Though no staff on site, they were extremely responsive via email. Property is about 30 minute walk or quick bus ride into downtown Newport (I didn’t have a car) - the weather was perfect so I didn’t mind! ”

“Perfect couples stay! These mini suites are very clean, large private bathroom, mini fridge, coffee machine, and plenty of storage space. There’s a shared beautifully renovated kitchen if you want to cook. We would stay again 100%! 5 minute walk to a delicious coffee spot called SMK. Highly recommend! Also if you’re a pillow person, bring your own pillows. ”
