“I wish the moon had an access to a microwave”

“Breakfast food looked fresh. I only had coffee out of a coffee brew machine. I also had a cranberry juice out of a juicer machine. Both tasted like it. Parkind was well lit and safe. I was awaken at 7:30am to a knock at the door from house cleaning. room was dated outlets were worn out and didn't work. Bed was comfortable. Shower was ok but showerhead was scaled over. ”

“We had requested a handicap walk in shower and a room close to the elevators. We were unable to get either one and our room was so far from the elevators. We were told at the time they don’t assign rooms until check in. Even though we were there early, we couldn’t get what we needed. The worst was when they sent up a chair for the shower it took up the whole bathtub, needless to say my husband couldn’t shower during our time there. We were absolutely disappointed and would never book there...

“Pool was great, room clean. The hotel had an overwhelming smell of pot. I was there for a cheer comp as many parents and kids were. We stayed two nights. The entire hotel smelled very strong of weed. Throughout our entire time. We were in and out of the hotel various times of the day and night and it stunk. Don’t think we will be back”

“Room was fine. Just enough space to spend the night. Toilet was leaking but not a huge problem. Breakfast was not very efficient. They did have a pancake maker and those were hot but that was the only thing. They also offered a tray of eggs and waffles but you had to heat them yourself. Worse part was there was only 1 table and 2 chairs. So even if did eat breakfast no place to eat unless you stood or brought back to your room. ”

“I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

“There were bed bugs and the room smelled like cigarettes ”

“Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. Kids running up and down halls, screaming, etc. I let it go until midnight and then I called the front desk. The night staff (woman) came right up and took care of it. ”

“This room was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husbandhad just lost his mom 2 days before. The room and view were so peaceful for him. It was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've EVER had at a hotel in my life and there was no free breakfast which I live for. And you should consider due to your prices for that villa. Over all I enjoyed it so much that I'm trying to book again very soon.”

“The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.”
