“The property is in disrepair. Our room was in disrepair. The freezer had mold in it, the ice machines don't work, the staff was extremely slow. Plus they demand a security deposit for damages. Also the bed cover was stained and so was the mattress on the pull out sofa. It was quiet and not busy.”

“Bathrooms were weird. Shower and toilet were in a separate room from the sink, which would have been ok except the shower/toilet room was tiny. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so I either had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other or get everything wet. Walking down the hallway to my room smelled so bad of marijuana it made me think I was the only one in the hotel who didn’t smoke. Bar staff was great, though”

“Room was clean and nice enough. However, all of the fitness room equipment was out of order. Cable on TV didn’t work for first two days. Hotel policy is to not do daily room cleaning and needs to be specifically requested. Was not aware of that when booking. Overall hotel could use some updating like new hallways carpeting or other aesthetics etc.”

“We booked to be able to bring the kids to the pool and their pool was closed, no where on the booking site or website says their pool wasn’t in service. The room we stood in did not have working a/c. The shower was clogged and kept filling up. Horrible experience will not recommend.”

“Your facility is well cared for and your help was fine as well. As an aging person I would not stay there again because you don’t have any shuttle to the airport and it’s a very long way to get there. Any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was near an airport had shuttle service. I’m very surprised that you don’t. FMK.”
