“Sweet little seaside motel with glorious views of the ocean. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and appeared to be recently remodeled. Only complaint is the linens were a little scratchy, and the pillows were hard. I also understand everyone has a preference and mine may not be the same as others. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.”

“When I went into the room, it smelled musty. I immediately was given another room. It was better. I don't know what they use to launder the bed linens but, they didn't smell good. The room was clean and the bathroom was too. The remote control for the TV didn't work well. I could only search a few channels until I had to keep on pressing the OK button for more channel options. “We stayed at this hotel so we could be near my son as it was parents weekend at URI. Lovely grounds and definitely a winery feel to it. Check in and out was simple. “We look for reasonable, clean places to rest and clean up on our travels across country. Most often for one night at a time. This place fit our bill. Nothing fancy but slept well. The man that checked us in was friendly and nice. The flower beds and roses seemed tenderly cared for. After our experience the following night, at the OYO in Wilkes-Barre, PA, this place was fantastic.”
