“This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here.”

“Check in was terrible. We arrived a couple hours early. As most travelers do. We were told to leave our stuff in the lobby. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated. The resort was empty. No reason why they couldn’t give us an early check. We even offered to pay. Bar service was not good. Walked around us for 15 mins before acknowledging us. “The staff was not friendly at all and the air conditioning to the room was broken. Unbeknownst to me, my room had been switched to another room and I was yelled at by housekeeping to leave immediately. When I went downstairs to inquire they told me I needed to pay the difference for the room and they had no record of me being on the premises. Had it not been for the fact that I was barely at the hotel, I would have left that first day. ”
