2BR Uptown Charlotte Furnished Apartments by RedAwning

Experience the newest designer apartments in Uptown, Charlotte, NC - the

skyline of a big city and the heart of a small town. Perfectly situated in

Uptown, a brand new community of luxurious apartment homes. Modern kitchen,

stylish wood plank flooring, and panoramic views of the city. Walking distance

to the Convention Center and the uptown commercial area. Great Location.



The Charlotte local train station is next door and all the city attractions

are within walking distance. The unit is fully fitted with a washing

machine, a flat-screen TV (No Cable, Netflix only), a sofa, and a closet.

There's also a dishwasher, oven and an electric teapot.



Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions

apply. Paid private parking is available on site at $ 20 /day (reservation is

needed).



A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking. The

property host will contact you directly.



“We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be

allotted one of the many apartments at this address. It maybe be possible that

the photos are not an exact match since the layout of various apartments is

different. However, the size, area, facilities, and amenities of all apartment

is the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are

During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation

Great little property in a good location. Got the wrong folder on check in but issue fixed quickly, So no issues. Would definitely recommend to all.
