Vista sul Lago Normanno davvero incredibile !! Bella casa spaziosa

Questa casa ha davvero alcune delle viste più fantastiche del Lago Normanno che troverai - semplicemente incredibile, accessibile da tutti i piani e quasi tutte le camere .... e la casa è l'ideale per più famiglie / gruppi di amici in cerca di un , posto ben ristrutturato per stare insieme!

Dal punto di vista della disposizione della camera da letto, il piano principale ha il master principale che ha accesso diretto agli schermi sul lago sotto il portico.
Il livello superiore ha due camere da letto - una con una regina e la seconda camera con un letto a castello e un divano letto con rotelle (4 posti letto)

Al piano inferiore troverete la seconda camera da letto principale con un letto king size e un bellissimo bagno privato ..... così come la quinta camera da letto nella casa con (2) letti a castello - fornendo la possibilità di dormire fino a 5 persone. Un'altra camera da letto offre due letti a castello (5 posti letto) e un bagno in sala.

Hai una barca o un jet ski? Portalo con te e tienilo al molo privato sulla proprietà. Vorresti invece noleggiare una barca o sciare? Facci sapere e ti metteremo in contatto con una grande compagnia locale che consegnerà la barca al molo per te, ti accompagnerà attraverso tutto e prenderà la barca / sci al termine della prenotazione - super conveniente!

We have stayed at a lot of different houses on Lake Norman but this house was our favorite and exceeded our expectations. The second you walk through the door you are met with a gorgeous lake view which can be enjoyed from every room in the house. The house was extremely clean and equipped with anything and everything we needed. The dock area was perfect and big enough for a large group to hangout with an area for sun and a covered area for shade. I highly recommend this property.

Lake house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, beautiful view and dock for swimming or boating. Very well stocked. Great games and water sport equipment. Couldn’t have asked for better. Hope to come back.

Wedding Party

Our family has stayed twice at this rental when in town for weddings. It is a great layout for multiple families that are attending. Well-stocked, clean, with a gorgeous view of the lake for pictures. We also loved staying in the summer when you can enjoy water sports on the lake. 10 out of 10!

Our Christmas at the lake

This house was wonderful! Incredible and peaceful view of the lake. The hosts had Christmas decor up, along with a thought welcome tray of goodies. This house was thoughtfully appointed to meet our every need. Very Highly recommend!!

Great family getaway and retreat

We've been coming to Lake Norman every other year since 2013 and this was our overall favorite home we've rented on the lake! It was large enough to accommodate our entire family, was well appointed with everything we need, gorgeous big views of the lake, excellent dock. We hope we can rent this one again in 2026!

Great location

We stayed here for the week after July 4th. The location was exactly what we needed, a quiet section on Lake Norman. We rented a boat and spent every day on the water. The house dock was great to just relax on and read a book. We were visited by a friendly turtle, osprey, blue birds and the occasional deer! The house itself was very spacious, clean and had more than enough room for us. Every room had a great view of the lake. We would certainly book here again.

Most relaxing vacation ever

We loved our vacation house on beautiful Lake Norman. The house was perfect with so much to do for everyone that vacationed with us. We had 5 kids (age range from 16-25) and my Dad (we celebrated his 80th birthday while there). There was always something to do or a place to do nothing at all. The house was so clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

Warm and welcoming great room perfect for gathering with family. Basement rec room was great for the kids. Continuous view on the backside of the house of the beautiful blue waters of the lake was really lovely! Only complaint was the dock and ramp with smaller children. Very easy for them to slip through if they try to hold on to the rail system, or there was no railing at all. Be careful!

AMAZING

What a gorgeous property! The house had absolutely everything we could have needed. The two kayaks and paddle boards were amazing to have right at the house. The views are incredible, we spent so much time on the dock—you get such an awesome view of the lake!

Fabulous Lake House

The property totally lived up to the pictures. Great view, comfortable rooms, well furnished. We’ve been renting vacation houses for 20+ years. Blue Heron Bliss is one of the best. The pantry stocked with essential spices was a nice plus.

Great extended family vacation house!

Such a great house! Nine of us of ages ranging from 1 to 74 stayed and had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone. Great layout. Clean, new looking large dock with plenty of space to lounge. We would definitely stay again!

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider ist direkt nebenan eine Baustelle, was nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Jeden Tag ab 7.30 Uhr wurde dort lautstark gearbeitet. Das war nicht besonders erholsam.

Our second stay!

We stayed at this house last year and loved it enough to come back! We highly recommend! The big reason is the great amount of hang out space. The main floor is an open floor plan with a wonderful amount of seating in the great room, the kitchen table seats 8 which is hard to find, and a large, well equiped kitchen! The downstairs is plenty of additional hang space! It's very clean with hotel level towels in the bathroom! We hope to return next year!

Beautiful Location

We stayed at this property as a group for a convention in Charlotte. The lake is beautiful and the surrounding area is very nice. The host provided supplies for s’mores, which we enjoyed lakeside on our final night. The location is amazing and the house was very nice, clean, and spacious. Would definitely consider staying here again!
