Questa è una nuova casa appena completata a maggio 2016. È di 4000 mq. Ft. con 5 camere da letto e 4 bagni. Ha anche un salotto con vista sul lago con un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile. Ci sono 4 portici e un ampio patio. I portici posteriori si affacciano sul lago con un portico al 3 ° piano al largo della camera da letto. La cucina personalizzata è molto aperta alla veranda e al soggiorno. Siediti e rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio mentre ti godi la vista sul lago. Il lotto è molto grande per le attività e un pozzo del fuoco in pietra per una buona serata attorno al fuoco. Il dock ha un 100 piedi. molo con una zona salotto coperta alla fine per sedersi o divertirsi con la pesca. Una passerella conduce dal molo a un grande molo galleggiante per parcheggiare 3 barche tutta la tua area privata. We just returned home from an amazing vacation at this beautiful lake house,and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the stunning views,peaceful surroundings and the cozy charm of the home. The home was well stocked definitely had a little bit of everything. The hosts were so kind very responsive and made sure everything was just right for our stay. If you are looking for a peaceful picture perfect escape this lake house is it. We are definitely planning our trip to come back next summer.

Great house

We had a great time staying here. The house has a nice layout, with full equipped kitchen. Nice short walk to the dock. John was very easy to communicate with and always answered any questions we had prior to, and during our trip. Having the boat available to rent is such a nice bonus too.

My nana wanted me and my bridesmaids that were coming in from all over to be able to spend the night before my wedding all together. We had an amazing weekend together relaxing and catching up. The house is beautiful!

Retirement Celebration

We (11 of us) had so much fun and spent most of each day outside. There was something for everyone between the ‘beach’, fishing, swimming, hot tub, ping pong, kayaking, boating, etc. The house was well built, well maintained and well appointed. Wish we had more time there!

Beautiful home on the lake!

This lakehouse was absolutely gorgeous! The owner John was very communicative prior to checking in and was available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The photos are extremely accurate to the look of the property and the amenities were great! We really enjoyed the hottub, the living room with the view of the water, and the swinging porch on the dock. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed this beautiful home on the lake to meet family that live in all different areas . We fished off the dock and we got many fish (I even caught a big catfish). Location was great. Many restaurants and a grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic host - gorgeous, well -appointed home.

We will be contacting this host about the possibility of another stay! A group of friends come together to celebrate a birthday and attend the Carolina Renn Faire locally. As the planner, I found this home online. My family owns a rental house - so when I say that this home is fantastically appointed and provides for the needs of those renting well - I MEAN IT. The upstairs kitchen is the best I have experienced in a rental home when traveling with a group. Everything was clean and organized, with plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The home was even designed well for effortless hosting. The owner allowed us to use our own boat at the dock on the property and had firewood and kayaks available. Checkin and checkout were a breeze without overly complicated cleaning instructions.

Nice weekend on the lake

We had a very fun weekend on Lake Norman. John was kind enough to bring the boat over for us to take out on Saturday and it was great. The home seemed to not have been cleaned thoroughly between the previous guests and us but over all its a very nice home for a large group.

Beautiful home on the water

Our family vacation was amazing, thanks in large part to this awesome home on the lake. There was plenty of space for everyone to have a bed to sleep in, the house was absolutely beautifully built, and the proximity to the lake is unbeatable. We rented a boat for a fun day of tubing and we also spent lots of time outside in the huge backyard with all the kids. Really something for everyone!

Family vacation

The location was great and the house was absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the beach area. We also rented John’s boat, it was so nice having it already at the dock instead of having to go to the marina and pick one up. John was very quick to answer any questions that we had and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect getaway for a family reunion! Everyone was happy!

This beautiful lake house was the perfect spot for our annual extended family reunion for ages 81 to 12. We only left the house to go to the grocery store that is 3 minutes away. Between the lake swimming, boating, fire pit, gorgeous dock, ping pong table and plenty of gathering spaces -- there was room for everyone to relax at their own pace. We highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from John. He's a fabulous host who is quick to respond. Perfect location on the lake too for kayaking and paddle boarding. Book this place! You can thank me later. :-).

Wonderful!

Really fun place! The dock is great, Kayaks and ping pong available. Sandy area in the yard for kids. Large grocery store nearby. Gas grill, extra fridge and kitchenette downstairs in addition to huge kitchen upstairs. The owner was very responsive and accommodating with special circumstances. The bedrooms are very comfortable and large. Plenty of space for our group of 9 adults. We loved it!

Exceeded all expectations!!

This was the perfect spot for our family group of 11 adults. The house is absolutely gorgeous with so many amenities and the owner was so hospitable and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this beautiful listing right on the lake!
