~43” TV on a rolling stand let you watch your favorite shows in Netflix, movies in Disney plus or National TV anywhere in the house.

*Second bedroom
~ has two double size beds with attached bathroom (not queen beds)
~desktop All-in-one PC with internet connection provided in this room (if not turning on, power switch is behind the monitor stand.

*The downstairs smaller 3rd and 4th bedrooms
~Furnished with one queen bed in each room .
~4th bedroom has a smaller TV with access to Netflix, Disney plus and National TV.
THE ENTRANCE TO THE 4TH BEDROOM IS THROUGH THE 3RD BEDROOM. THERE IS NO SEPARATE ENTRANCE FOR THE FOURTH BEDROOM.

~1st mater full bathroom is located between master bedroom and second bedroom with modern shower system
~2nd full bathroom is off of living room with modern shower system.
~ 3rd full bathroom is located next to 4th bedroom downstairs.
GUESTS IN THE 3RD BEDROOM HAS TO GO THROUGH THE 4TH BEDROOM TO USE THE 3RD BATHROOM. ALTERNATIVELY, GUESTS IN THE 3RD BEDROOM CAN USE THE 2ND FULL BATH UPSTAIRS OFF OF THE LIVING ROOM WITHOUT DISTURBING THE GUESTS IN ANY OTHER BEDROOMS BECAUSE STAIRS TO UPSTAIRS IS IN THE 3RD BEDROOM.

~ the Lakehouse sits by the side of a winding dead end road lush with greenery which is ideal for a morning or evening stroll.
~the home is conveniently located close to Charlotte airport (12 minutes) Charlotte city (20 minutes) and Belmont downtown (11 minutes) US National White water center (18 minutes) with easy access to I-85 and I-485. The cottage is ideal for up to 8 guests .

*Important House rule
~No parties of any sort are allowed on the property please. Maximum number of allowed guests are 10 at all times.
~Loud music (including from parked cars) are not allowed because the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for understanding.
