Spacious Executive Home-5 min to Uptown-Children’s Amenities-Huge Outdoor Space!

Come relax at The Hollaster House and enjoy a peaceful stay at this delightful 4-bedroom house in pristine Myers Park. This charming property offers a cozy and pleasant atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (full bed on bottom/twin on top), there's plenty of space for everyone to get a good night's sleep. The house also features 5 bathrooms, complete with amenities like a hair dryer, bathtubs, showers, and in the master upstairs there are dual shower heads and heated floors. Additionally, there's an office space with a futon for any work or leisure needs. The kitchen comes with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, Keurig, french press, electric tea kettle, fully equipped with dishware, cookware, childrens dishes, and a highchair. Additional children's amenities such as a pack and play sleeper, & changing table is also available. Superior craftsmanship with impressive architectural detail all throughout this home.

This is a beautiful home and was a comfortable and spacious place to gather for our son's wedding week. Although, we encountered a few unfortunate surprises to note:-Landscapers arrived with loud gas blowers first thing on our first morning to clean the gutters :0 One of us had arrived late the night before (on mtn time!) Having ladders and workers on the roof was most unpleasant!-Not one full length mirror in this huge house. As I mentioned, it was a wedding week, we had several events to dress for, and no mirrors. :-/-TV programming was sparse. March Madness in full swing but no access to basketball or local news. Spotty internet as well, couldn't access from outdoors.-Overall the space was clean, but somehow the cleaning crew had missed a fair amount of cobwebs on stair risers and baseboards. One of the beds had terribly pilled sheets, yet others were fine.Communication and check in were great! Just please, install a full length mirror : )

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our large family and conveniently located. The road it’s on is busy but we were able to navigate the area. Will stay here again if it’s available.

Lovely home, the advertisement was on point. Plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy reading a good book, sitting on the patio and taking in the beautiful weather. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen contain all the items needed for my 83 yr old mother to enjoy cooking her favorite family meals, she really enjoyed her stay. Located less that 3 miles to all activities in uptown Charlotte, eateries, grocery stores and parks in the vincity.

Charlotte Return

Stayed for my second time at this wonderful home in the middle of Charlotte. It was so clean and welcoming and I felt completely at home as I make my way through an introduction to the Charlotte area. The host was both friendly and accomodating.

Trying on Charlotte

Came to spend a week in Charlotte. Home was a perfect base from which to explore. Had a couple friend over for dinner one night and they were all Impressed with the home. Providence is a busy road … but makes the house so easy to get to and centrally located. Would stay here again any time. 10!
