Dilworth is one of Charlotte’s most walkable and pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods, known for its stately early-1900s homes, craftsman bungalows, and vibrant commercial areas filled with locally owned restaurants and shops.



Each unit features a large screened porch that serves as an extension of the living space—perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. A shared outdoor area with a gas grill and dining space is also available for guests.



The fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator with ice maker. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided.



Each apartment also includes a full-size washer and dryer, a desk and workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room features a large Wi-Fi–enabled flat-screen TV with streaming access, and each bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV.



Located just 1.5 miles from Charlotte’s central business district, guests can walk to three parks, two full-service grocery stores, and more than 40 restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines. The neighborhood is lined with wide sidewalks beneath towering willow oak trees, making it ideal for walking and exploring.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.



Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

Optional workstation rental available with monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee/per pet.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

HVAC

This unit may be heated and cooled by window units instead of central air.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.



Damages & Conduct

Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.



Internet Use

Internet is provided for general use.



Trash

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
