This is a perfect retreat for families and friends — relaxing in the den with the smart TV, cooking meals in the spacious kitchen, having game night in the upstairs loft, or lounging on the private outdoor patio. Bring the whole family - it will feel just like home!

Quartz countertops, ivory cabinets, over-sized custom hickory island and matching vent hood adorn the kitchen. The living room features a 55` Roku TV, stone fireplace (electric) with shiplap accent wall, comfy couch, love seat and chairs ready to relax you and yours!

★★ Outside Space & Parking ★★

Step out onto the covered screened in patio in rear to dine outdoors with friends and family at the table that accommodates (6) six guests. Or sit a spell in one of the Adirondack chairs outside while cooking up a meal on the BBQ grill under the starlit sky! The fenced in and spacious backyard awaits.

Parking entails a circular driveway and attached two garage. No more than four cars at the home please.

-NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. VAPING IS ALLOWED OUTDOORS ONLY.
-DO NOT USE THE NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY TO THE RIGHT OR LEFT.
-A $500 FINE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE.

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have a doorbell security camera at the front door, one at the driveway, one inside the garage, and one overlooking the backyard/patio. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

*TRAVEL INSURANCE*: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as weather, illness, or travel interruptions. Cancellations are subject to the policy selected at booking.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy selected at booking. Please note that third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Easter break with our family

This home was perfect for our family of 4 adults. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch either reading, playing games or enjoying a meal. Inside was nice too with plenty of seating. The electric fireplace added some cozy ambiance. We slept well at night on comfy beds too. Since it's located halfway between our two adult children's homes in GA and Raleigh, it's quite possible we return next year.

Felt like home

We chose this house due to proximity to Camelot Meadows wedding venue. We drive down from PA for a family wedding and we were able to have our immediate family stay with us. We enjoyed sitting out in the screened in porch and ventured down to Lake Wiley, SC. There were grocery stores and restaurants all within a 15 minute drive from the house.

Reunion with friends

The house was easy to find and very convenient for shopping. There were restaurants nearby and lots of choices to Doordash. There was also a grocery store nearby. The house is lovely with four bedrooms. We had a wonderful time. We explored Belmont and Steele Creek in Charlotte.

July 4th Family Vacation

Stayed here for a quick family get away. It was 7 adults and 1 child and we were all very comfortable in this home. The 2 family areas for watching TV helped. The backyard was was excellent we utilized the grill there for a barbecue. The check in was easy and the host responded quickly to our concern with some issues with the job the cleaning crew did before we arrived. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot for fisherman

Perfect location and property for a group of fisherman with close proximity to the lake. The circle driveway was able to fit 4 trucks and 3 boats. Had no issues at all during our stay.
