From the moment you enter, floor-to-ceiling windows pull you toward the shimmering water, filling the open-concept main level with natural light. The spacious living room features an oversized sectional—perfect for gathering, lounging, or relaxing after a day on the lake. Just beyond, the formal dining room showcases coffered ceilings, lakefront window seating, and room for ten guests, setting the scene for long dinners and meaningful conversation. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for group stays and girls' weekends, featuring modern appliances, a gas cooktop, a generous prep island, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A nearby quiet workspace provides a private corner for remote work, planning adventures, or enjoying a peaceful moment.

The main-level primary suite offers a true retreat with a king bed, sweeping lake views, and a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for everyone, including two queen rooms, one king room, and a bright bunk room perfect for kids and teens. With a full-over-queen bunk, a king bed, and a twin bed, this room is ideal for sleepovers and late-night laughs. Two full bathrooms upstairs ensure comfort and convenience for the entire group.

The upper-level bonus room adds even more fun, featuring a pool table, large smart TV, cozy seating, and private balcony access with panoramic lake views—perfect for game nights, movie marathons, or unwinding with a glass of wine while pets nap nearby.

📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
✨ Heated Pool Option ✨
Enjoy a warm swim! 💦 Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening. 🌴☀️
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Summer Vacation 2023

The property was very nice. Plenty of space for our family. We really enjoyed having the option of the pool and hot tub. The boat dock area was great, a lot of space to hang out and enjoy the water, Kayaks, and boards. The outdoor furniture was pretty beat up. The walk to the water was long and had steep hills, a walkway would have been nice. Overall, it was a great vacation.
