Questa spaziosa casa con 5 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni offre una posizione eccezionale per il divertimento in famiglia. Cucina e bagni ristrutturati a gennaio 2019.

Goditi l'acqua dal molo o parcheggia la tua barca in uno dei motoscafi dopo una sessione di divertimento acquatico. Il dock comprende due scivoli per barche, uno coperto e uno scoperto. Il grande bacino ha acque profonde tutto l'anno.
Il noleggio include un kayak e due stand up paddle board.

La nostra casa è perfetta per ospitare diverse famiglie. Il livello principale di questa casa a 3 piani include una grande camera familiare che si apre su un portico schermato con vista sul lago. Oltre a una cucina ben attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici (2014), il livello principale comprende una camera familiare, la camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e una grande vasca idromassaggio, una sala da pranzo e un bagno di servizio. Divertiti a mangiare sul ponte con vista sul lago.

Il piano superiore comprende due camere da letto (matrimoniale + doppia e matrimoniale + doppia) e un bagno completo. Il piano inferiore comprende una seconda camera familiare con un tavolo da biliardo, due camere da letto (matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli) e un bagno completo. La camera familiare al piano inferiore si apre su un ampio patio con tavolo da picnic.

Place was nice. We enjoyed our time. Would be nice to have some body wash/shampoo for guest. Typically when we rent there is. Otherwise, all good. Enjoyed the poker chips and cards.

Our family traveled to the area for a wedding and extended the weekend to enjoy the area. The traffic in the area is not great, but would not have wanted to stay anywhere else. The property was big enough for us to all spread out (my wife and I and three grown children with four grandkids) and not feel like we were on top of each other. Loved the dock and fishing. The property would benefit from a fire pit out back and maybe some suggestions on where to rent a boat, but overall a wonderful stay! Would recommend Saltshaker Marina for boat rental.

Super nice and clean lake home. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Nice, spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and soft linens. Plenty of extra towels in the bathrooms! Such a pretty neighborhood and quiet lake front. We enjoyed the serenity of the lake and that we were close to all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for! The canoe and paddle boards are an added bonus. The deck area on the dock was our favorite spot! We would definitely book again.

The house was the perfect spot for our church staff and elders group to have our annual retreat. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, beds and furniture are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to rain, we weren't able to make our way to the dock, but the view was lovely and the screened-in porch was an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful place for a large group!

We had a BLAST here! The house was SO nice, well furnished, easy process, friendly and quick responses from property owner. No issues while we were here. The house is in great shape, lots of space. Multiple gathering areas for larger groups. The screened porch was great in the evenings for playing games and just relaxing. The deck at the dock was our hangout during the day while some of us played in the water. The dock is huge and nice composite instead of wood under foot. We took extra chairs that we brought down there to accommodate all of our group. The kayak was so nice to have and super easy to launch from the dock side. We didnt get around to using the paddleboards, but it was super nice to have them available. The bedrooms are nicely furnished with extra pillows and blankets, towels and washcloths and bath mats provided. The shower in the master is AMAZING! The rain shower head is a nice bonus! Nice jacuzzi tub even though we didn't get around to using that either. The kitchen is a little tight when you have multiple people preparing a meal, but very nice and has everything you might need! A keurig and regular coffee pot are privided, extra paper towels and toilet paper, salt, pepper and a few seasonings, some sugar, powdered coffee creamer and a few other unexpected things were already in the pantry. Btw, there is a HUGE pantry and lots of other storage in the kitchen. Lots of appliances, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes and sheet pans, cutting boards.

Great spot on LKN!

We had such a great time at this house. It’s the perfect rental - comfortable and had all the essentials. The kids had so much fun playing in the lake and the grown ups could lounge on the dock. John is an awesome host - super helpful and responsive. We will be back!!

Beautiful location on the water.

We wished we had time to enjoy the amenities of this lovely home but we were there for 2 nights only and came to the area for a Celebration of Life for a family member so we didn't get to take advantage of the lake. The house was ideal for my siblings and spouses to share and the bedrooms on 3 different floors gave privacy and quiet for all of us. The porch table became a gathering place with marvelous views. Everything was clean and neat and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful

We spent the weekend there with my daughter and her friends, so they could attend the Renaissance Faire. The house was perfectly suited to have a houseful of college kids. We had plenty of room for everyone, and we were able to eat family style meals together. The kids had a lot of room to play cards and enjoyed the pool table when they were "home." We really loved this house and hope to do this again next year.

Retreat

The group was looking for a place to relax and be safe. The house was large enough for the retreat. Sitting on the pier was so relaxing.The kitchen was well equipped and nice. John was accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Overall a beautiful home and in a nice location. The house was stocked with anything that one may need in a house.

Beautiful place, very quiet with a great view of the lake. Easy access to Lake Norman downtown area. Lots of room at the house and well maintained, hopefully will rent within the next year.

Great location

Great location and neighborhood. The host was very friendly and quickly responded and got an electrical issue that he had fixed quickly. The house was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The only negative thing I would say is if you are sleeping in the lower level bedrooms, the footsteps from the main floor was loud but likely due to being an older house. This is our first time to Norman, just be prepared with plenty of rope and buoys due to the large waves that hit the dock from the wake boats. I would definitely stay at this property again
