Welcome to Game Haven — the ultimate family escape near Carrigan Farms, The Pit Indoor Racing, and Track House Motorplex. Perfect for multi-family getaways, reunions, or friend-filled weekends, this spacious home blends epic indoor fun with resort-style outdoor amenities.

Interior

Step inside to an open-concept main level with a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for eight, laundry room, and a living room with a 65" 4K Roku TV. The showstopper kids’ room off the living area features two bunk beds (queen bottoms, Twin XL tops) with a big slide, a ping-pong table, foosball, basketball arcade, and two arcade machines loaded with 20+ classics (NBA Jam, Pac-Man, Galaga). A 65" 4K Roku TV completes the space.

All beds use high-quality 14" Dyonesy mattresses and premium pillows. Hall bathroom includes tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Resort Area

The backyard is a playground for all ages: new saltwater heated pool (volleyball net), 6-person hot tub, outdoor kitchen table and loungers, basketball goal, and volleyballs. Enjoy 3 putt-putt holes, an outdoor bowling lane/long putting green, Mega Checkers, corn hole, Giant Connect 4, trampoline, playground, and a fire pit with Adirondack seating.

Location & Notes

Set in peaceful country surroundings near horses but minutes from Mooresville and Salisbury, you’re close to everything. Pool heating is available for a $50/day fee (must be booked for the entire stay)—notify us to preheat; exact temperature cannot be guaranteed in cold weather.

The house was super clean and inviting was super family friendly also gave my pets a place to run around outside in the back yard kids definitely had a fun time in the kids room with the basketball arcade games and slide bed along with all the outdoor activities in the back yard with the huge checkers and trampoline

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We booked this home for our visit to the Lazy 5 Ranch and the Polar Express, and it could not have been more perfect for our family. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with.The kids loved everything about it—from the epic backyard playground to the game room that kept them entertained for hours. Honestly, they kept asking to go back to the house instead of leaving for activities… that’s how great it was!We truly enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with how clean, comfortable, and family-friendly the home was. Highly recommend!
