The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel is within walking distance of several sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here whenever I'm in Charlotte.”

“In the average disorganized ;expected to breakfast included in the price but was not- second I paid for breakfast now it take me a week to get refunded the deposit if 50 dollars they ask me to put down - not a good policy ; I’m unhappy ”

“My only choice of stay when I return back to Charlotte, As a 10 year Navy Veteran they always give me and my companions the greatest courtesy and my room is always Floor 23 or higher. I love the view, I miss Charlotte the Westin brings me back HOME! Rooms always clean and fully stock, sheets, towels and blankets don’t smell dusty like other places!”

“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”
