📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
✨ Heated Pool Option ✨
Enjoy a warm swim! 💦 Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum). For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening. 🌴☀️
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.

Our stay was perfection and everyone loved the house! It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. It took us some time to figure out how to turn the pool/spa on but we messaged the hosts on the vrbo app and they responded right away and answered all of our questions!! The neighborhood is super nice, but definitely on the quieter side. The lake was peaceful and paddle boards/kayaks were so nice to have. Overall, would 100% stay here again!!
