Lake Norman Waterfront Condo Retreat - Dog Friendly - Peaceful relaxation or non-stop adventure, this setting has something for everyone. Beautiful, lake front views the minute you walk in the door will have you ready to relax or get out on the water. Fishing, skiing, paddle boarding are all just outside your door, or rent a boat at the Marina just a 2 minute drive down the street. Walk along the boardwalk, visit nearby parks and trails. From upscale shopping and relaxing spas to sports and entertainment there’s something for everyone.

Ground floor condo has three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin), two full baths, full kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, dining and living room. Living room has 55" wall mounted TV with free access to Netflix, Hulu, and wireless internet. Master bedroom and bedroom with queen bed both have TV's, ceiling fans and phone chargers. Kitchen is equip with microwave, smooth-top range, full size fridge with bottom freezer and icemaker and dishwasher. In addition to being well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils and pots and pans for all your cooking needs.
Gorgeous waterfront views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. Large, covered porch opening out to the lawn and walkway to the docks. Pool on one side of the building, Port City restaurant on the other plus tennis courts across the parking lot.

Dog Friendly:
🐶 We allow well behaved/house trained dogs upon approval with an extra cleaning fee of $100.00. We will send the request for pet fee separately through Airbnb after you book. Let us know before you book if you are bringing your fur baby. (Refer to Dog Policy for additional details)

**Dog Policy:
No more than 2 dogs and less than 30 lbs each. We also ask that you do not allow your dog on furniture and beds and crate when unattended. There is a designated green space for dogs to do their business across the street from condo, please ensure you pick up after your fur baby. Additionally, our HOA has strictly enforced "nuisance" bylaws that apply to excessive barking. Fines may apply if reported.
An additional dog fee of $100 will be charged separately after completion of payment for booking.
