Accogliente appartamento con due camere da letto, recentemente ristrutturato, in stile anni '60, sul Lago di Norman. Splendidi panorami dalla grande terrazza coperta che si affaccia sull'ampia insenatura sul lago. Un sacco di posti a sedere all'aperto per godersi la vista!

Nuovo gazebo e darsena se si desidera portare una barca o moto d'acqua. 2 kayak, 2 stand-up paddleboard e tagliatelle, gratis con noleggio. Pozzo a ferro di cavallo nel cortile anteriore, firepit nel cortile accanto al lago. Canestro da basket ad acqua attaccato al molo. Goditi una partita a cavallo sul lago o una partita a buca di mais sul lago. Palline da pallacanestro e mais fornite.

2 camere da letto (1 matrimoniale, 1 completa) e divano letto estraibile per 6 persone in totale. TV, cavo e wi-fi disponibili. 5 minuti dal supermercato Food Lion, Walgreens e ristoranti. 10 minuti di auto da Target, Wal Mart, cinema, pista da bowling, 2 campi da golf pubblici e I-77. 30 minuti da Charlotte.

Assolutamente NO PARTI consentite. Questo è un quartiere residenziale e siamo amici dei vicini. Chiameranno noi e la polizia se ci sono ospiti in eccesso sulla proprietà in qualsiasi momento della giornata.

Si prega di notare a casa non ha lavatrice o asciugatrice.

Million dollar view in a gorgeous area on a beautiful lake.The view from the back deck is stunning. Never got old. The dock is new or very near new with a covered slip and a gazebo that has new furniture. The beds and linens were clean, like new and were comfortable.On the other hand, the photos and description are spot on. The home is an old singlewide mobile home that was mostly clean and very well kept. The stove worked, the over was supposed to but we could never get it to come on, strange sounding but it requires using multiple knobs on the panel and clock and the main knob slipped on its stem.My fishing buddy and I are retired and meet up once or twice a year somewhere to spend a few days fishing, this was one of those trips. We'd absolutely stay again, primarily because of the dock and view.

Wonderful site for outdoor fun! Our favorite features were the two large decks on the house and dock. We enjoyed the fire pit, kayaks, and paddle boards. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The home is older but clean and well kept. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. We would come back!

Much needed break!

Peaceful little place nestled in a very nice neighborhood, right on the water. Huge back deck overlooking Lake Norman. A simple drive to food and shopping. Host goes above and beyond to ensure you have the things most likely forgotten when packing! Hope to be able to book this place many more times in the future!

Small house, excellent back yard.

Great place for a fishing trip. Only changes would be new stove, smaller bed frame that fits matress in guest room. Not a must but screened in back porch. Boat dock was 5 star. Plenty of parking room. House was well stocked. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay. The lake is so beautiful and peaceful. We visited in March so a little cold to go in but will definitely come back. The property was clean and very comfortable. Very grateful for an amazing vacation!

Extended weekend on the Lake.

Property is exactly as described. Awesome dock and gazebo on the water. Great view, quiet neighborhood and convenient to most everything. Met the host, great guy, cares about his guests. Will book again when down at the Lake with less than 6 of us!!!

Great place for boaters

If you're looking for a quiet place on the lake, and a spot to tie up you're boat this is it. The property is cozy and nostalgic. Paddle boards and kayaks are provided and the boat house and over water gazebo are perfect for the watersports fan. The host was awesome. He worked with me on a last minute request to stay another day and was always there if l needed anything. Will definitely make this place one of my regular stays.

Lake Stay

The trip was a good time. The home is exactly as decribed. We spent most of our time at a friend home during the day and used the home for its dock and a place to sleep. It is not a lot of extras, or modern, etc. The amenities are extremely basic, but fine enough. The owner was very responsive and nice.

Quiet retreat

We loved the location and being able to stay on Lake Norman for a reasonable price. It was nestled back in the woods, but close to anything you might need. I loved having my tea next to the lake under the gazebo. The owner was up front about the accommodations. He definitely said that the mobile home was older but updated so it didn’t have a dishwasher. But Vrbo needs to update it’s listing to show there is no dishwasher. I would stay again.

Weekend getaway

The house is an older trailer as described. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because there were spider webs everywhere. I was knocking them down as I was walking down the hallway in the dark. :( Master bed is HORRIBLE, however, the guest bedroom bed was ok. The water smells like rust and there isn’t a light over the shower in the bathroom. The neighborhood is fabulous and the outside is fantastic. The dock is amazing and we had a great time sitting down by the lake on our trip.

Lake Norman rental

Perfect relaxation

Larry had EVERYTHING if we forgot it he had it. We will definitely be back. The scenery was Very relaxing, had great weather and a lot of fishing on the most comfortable dock and gazebo. Thank you Larry!!
