Luxury Lakefront Home - Amazing Views and Sunsets, Swim Spa, Theater, and more!

Relax and enjoy beautiful Lake Norman. This contemporary home takes full advantage of the fantastic views of the lake throughout the house with a large covered patio built to fully enjoy the sun sets over the water throughout the year. The home sits in a big cove that is ideal for recreation on the lake with the main channel just beyond the islands that sit in the cove. You can tour the big cove and nearby islands by paddle board, kayak, or canoe that are available. Moor your boat on the private, deep water dock. Use one of the many floats to enjoy the lake and watch the kids swim from the dock's gazebo. Play cornhole on the spacious, waterfront lawn. Enjoy a drink at the indoor/outdoor bar while you soak in the 15 ft hot tub/swim spa. Close the evening socializing on the expansive covered patio taking in the sunset and follow it with a game of pool and a movie in the theater room. This lake oasis truly has something for everyone!

The contemporary, open-concept layout includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a living room with a sleek gas fireplace, and plenty of seating for the entire family. You'll experience a genuine "wow" moment as soon as you step inside your home away from home and witness the stunning sights this property has to offer.

In total, the house sleeps up to 14 people with 2 king beds, and 5 queen beds. The main master features a TV sitting area with a long lake view. The second master has a king sleep number bed. The home office looking out on the lake with a stand-up desk, printer in the closet, and queen Murphy bed, allows you to easily transition from work-at-home to vacation mode. A bunk room has dual queen bunk beds with stairs to the upper bunks. Adding to its long list of modern amenities, this net-zero Energy Star home was designed and built to the highest efficiency standards and makes use of a solar array on the roof.

This place is big and beautiful inside and out. You’ll have everything you need! Loved the theater room and used it more than I thought we would! Loved spotting deer at night or early morning. Best pool table room we’ve ever experienced (finally a room appropriately sized and they have the bridge stick! IYKYK). We enjoyed canoeing, kayaking and of course the awesome swim spa! We (family of 5 plus our lab) loved our swanky vacation here!

PGA Championship Weekend

It was better than advertised! The property has all of the high end amenities you can think of! The view of lake is breathtaking! From the moment you open the front door to the swim spa, the full bar area, movie theater, outdoor patio and the boat dock nothing more to ask for! We will definitely be back again! Better properties for the money

The heater is set on a timer which makes it very inconvenient to stay warm throughout the night. You have to keep getting up and turning it to the desired temp because of the setting that it’s on,only the owner controls.Also, there is a camera on the outside porch that is actually facing towards the living room windows ( which is creepy). I own several vacation rentals and would never position a camera in that direction. Owner will probably try and justify and say it’s pointing towards the back door but there are plenty of other angles for that camera. That camera is definitely picking up anyone who is walking through the house .Also, the garage is not accessible. So if you are going at a snowy time of year you will not be able to have a dry access to your vehicle .For these reasons , definitely not worth the money!

Outstanding!!

This is our second time this year staying at this property. It is one of the best pet friendly, water front homes on Lake Norman. The house is spacious and perfect for a family to spread out. We were there for a long T-giving weekend and watched the Michigan/Ohio State football game on the big screen tv. The lake views and sunsets are not to be missed. Our host Ted answered all questions promptly and the check in and check out process could not have been easier. Thanks so much, we'll be back!

Amazing view of lake

We loved our stay at this home. Views of the lake were amazing! The house was impeccably clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was better stocked than my own! We had everything we needed. Utilized the spa and had fun with the pool table. We will definitely be back. .

Fabulous Lake House

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous lake house. The views are beautiful! Everything was laid out in a way that everyone could visit with plenty to do. The young adults had a great time with the water toys, fishing and playing pool and the house was easily accessible for the grandparents to be part of the fun. The house was stocked with everything we needed. It was a perfect vacation filled with food, fun, & family. We will definitely return in the future.

Luxury Lakefront Rental

This house and property are immaculate, the pictures do not do it justice. It is one of the best pet friendly Lake Norman rentals we've ever stayed at. Some of our favorite things were the numerous, very comfortable outdoor seating areas in the sun and shade, the fully stocked kitchen, the outdoor cooking area, the hot tub, the indoor/outdoor bar, the pool table and the theatre room all make this home exceptional. The expansive lake view and sunsets from inside as well as outside were not to be missed. The attention to detail in this home is superb and we can not recommend it highly enough, it truly is a luxury lakefront home. We can't wait to go back, thanks Ted!

Fantastic Lakehouse!

What a wonderful Thanksgiving family reunion we had at this spectacular spotlessly clean lake house! The expansive view is breathtaking and the many windows and huge patio with super comfortable seating enabled everyone to enjoy it. There was a lot for everyone to do at the house from playing pool, watching movies in the theater room, to games on the patio, kayaking and walks around the property and neighborhood. The living room fireplace was cozy and the beds were super comfy. The beautiful kitchen with huge island is a treat for any foodie because the hosts have anything you'll need to prepare meals-- including two ovens! The hosts even made sure there was a roasting pan for us to cook our turkey. So thoughtful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Lake Norman and we liked being 15 minutes away from any store we needed. We also took a two hour boat ride together with Carolina Boat Rental which was very enjoyable and reasonably priced. It was a relaxing week with my family. Personally, I loved the one level ranch layout because I had recently had knee surgery and it was very easy for me to get around with my crutches. Thanks Ted! We'll be back!

FANTASTIC!!!

I wish we could have given it 10 stars! The house was amazing. The views were gorgeous. The pool was so refreshing. The paddle boards and kayaks provided excellent teen entertainment. The owner had perfect communication with us too. We LOVED our stay and would totally stay again!

Awesome Lake House!

The pictures and description do not do this house justice! The house is amazing, clean, and stocked with everything you need. Just show up! Our family stayed for three weeks, and we wish it could have been longer. The lot/view is one of the best on Lake Norman. The covered patio area is perfect to hang out, have dinner, and enjoy the evening watching the sun set. They have multiple kayaks, paddleboards, and life jackets for you to get in and enjoy the water. The dock is huge, and is ready for you to park your boat. Oh yeah, the movie theatre, pool table and bar area provide non-stop entertainment for all the times you can't be outside or in the lake. Ted is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend booking this home for your next vacation or place to stay for a while.
