Welcome to your stylish retreat in one of Charlottes most desirable neighborhoods. This brand-new, modern townhouse in the Cotswold area blends clean, contemporary design with everyday comfort and smart functionality. You'll have quick access to Uptown, I-77, I-85, and Highway 74, making it easy to get just about anywhere in the region. Restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores are close by, so daily errands or last-minute cravings are a breeze.

Inside, the open concept living space is bright and welcoming, with large windows that fill the room with natural light. There's a comfortable sofa and a large HD-TV for downtime, along with a desk and chair if you're working remotely. A nearby half bath adds convenience. The fully stocked chef's kitchen with nice quartz countertops, stainless appliances, a full island with bar seating, and everything you need for cooking. It opens right into the living and dining area, creating a great spot to gather and hang out.

Around the neighborhood, you're less than 12 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and just a few minutes from Cotswold Village, where you'll find spots like Leroy Fox, Eddies Place, and Pasta & Provisions. SouthPark Mall is nearby for shopping, and Plaza Midwood offers a fun mix of breweries, food trucks, and local boutiques. Green spaces like Chantilly Park and the Briar Creek Greenway are great for walks or jogs, and several hospitals and medical centers are just a short drive away.


The Space

This space offers a balance of calm and convenience in a central, highly walkable part of the city with everything you need to feel at home. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and its own TV. You will have access to 2 private balconies.
