We invite you to this clean, modern home with all the amenities of home while being only 10 minutes from everything uptown charlotte has to offer!

Upon entering, you will be met with an cozy living room with lots of natural lighting and an open floor plan. Sit back and watch a movie on the Smart TV, or relax and have a chat and play some board games with friends or family. The living room has plenty of seating to accommodate 6 guests!

Make your way into our beautifully renovated kitchen where you will find complimentary wine left for all of our guests! Coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cups, and more are available for all your cooking needs. There is a small, charming dining area off the kitchen and counter-height dining in the kitchen for additional seating.

As you walk through the hallway you will find 3 cozy and clean bedrooms. 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and two twin sized beds in the third bedroom await your reservation. There are two modern and chic bathrooms. One off the masterbed and the other off the hallway.

Last but not least, make your way outside to enjoy the relaxing and private backyard area. This is the space to hang, grill, and enjoy the large backyard with privacy fencing!

We have thought of everything so you don't have to think of anything except enjoying your stay!

No smoking inside the home. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation inside the home. We have an outdoor smoke tray/disposal conveniently located on the back patio should our guests need it.

NO parties are allowed on the premises. If you violate this, you will be asked to leave the property.
