Building features POOL, rooftop terrace with grill and FREE secured parking.
Our place has everything you might need from towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer etc. to COFFEE machine, washer, dryer, iron and much more!

The Space:
Very spacious, clean and well-maintained. Brand new carpets and furniture

Guest Access:
Everything inside the condo, including a private balcony, plus pool and a breathtaking rooftop terrace with grill. These items can be seasonal, closed for repairs at times or closed during inclement weather.

The Neighborhood:
Very safe, pleasant and beautiful neighborhood in heart of Charlotte

Getting Around:
Park when you check in and explore uptown on foot for the best Charlotte experience.

Concert weekend

We stayed for a concert at Bank of America stadium. The property is walking distance from the stadium with lots of restaurants close by. Communication with the host was great and the place was comfortable and clean.

Uptown apartment

This was a clean and cozy place. Mostly everything we wanted to do was in walking distance of this place. Check in and check out process was excellent! I really liked how the owner checked in on us the very first night and asked if we needed anything. The bed was super cozy. The ambiance lights and decorations were pretty cool. WiFi offered and smart tv. The only thing that we thought different of was the view from the windows. Thought we would be able to see more of uptown from the window but it was ok, because we did a bunch of walking around uptown anyways. Neighborhood was nice. If we ever visit charlotte again, we would stay there again.

Will Definitely Come Back

Chuck was an amazing host. The home was clean, neat, and close to downtown. 10-15 minutes max. The aesthetics were great especially in the master room. Check in was super easy and there was safe available parking. This will definitely be my go to whenever I go to Charolette.

Falcons vs Panthers

Drive up to Carolina every year for the big game Falcons vs Panthers. My previous location was booked and this was my alternative. Property was clean and presentable. Distance from door to stadium 🏟️ was just under 2 miles. Great place to stay if you want to be near Uptown and eateries. Host accommodative and hospitable.

Close to Charlotte

The place was great for our visit it was conveniently located, quiet and felt safe. The city view from window was very nice and small rooftop area. Also the parking garage spot was helpful to have the place worked out great for us ~we would stay again.

Great Stay in Charlotte

Stayed in this fantastic modern property with my partner for a quick weekend getaway in Charlotte. The property was as described and was convenient to get to major points of interest by foot, uber and short drive. We would stay here again. Easy communication with the property team!

Amazing stay, great location

This stay in Charlotte was amazing. A short 10-15 minute walk to the main downtown area. Condo was spotless, and very well decorated and designed. Host was responsive and helpful
