Siediti, rilassati e goditi questo accogliente cottage sul lungomare circondato da finestre e splendide viste sul Lago Wylie. È il luogo perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia o per scappare. 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni e tanto spazio per rilassarsi, questo cottage ha tutto.

La grande sala, la sala da pranzo, la cucina e 2 delle tre camere da letto offrono la perfetta vista sul lago.

Il caratteristico cottage si trova sul lungolago sul canale all'inizio di una baia tranquilla. Gli alberi alti e maturi offrono ombra e privacy. Il lungo vialetto consente un ampio parcheggio di fronte e lungo l'area boscosa (preferiamo non parcheggiare sulla strada).

Buoni tempi attendono dal molo con la scala da bagno e galleggianti. Noleggia una barca ed esplora il litorale o porta canne da pesca per un po 'di divertimento e relax all'antica. O semplicemente rilassati e goditi la fauna selvatica e la serenità di una delle due aree esterne, complete di comode sedie, sdraio e darsena. Wifi e internet forniti

La casa di lusso dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni con un divano letto in modo che possa facilmente ospitare 10-12 persone

Il livello principale ha tre camere da letto e 3 bagni:
(1) Camera matrimoniale con letto king size e vista sul lago.
(2) Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e una splendida vista sul lago
(3) La camera da letto 3 ha due letti a castello.

Ogni camera ha un comodino con lampada (e), comò e un posto dove appendere i vestiti. Vengono forniti asciugamani da bagno, da spiaggia e da cucina. Una lavanderia.

POSIZIONE Mentre qui ti sentirai come se fossi fuori casa, ma la realtà è che sei a soli 11 minuti da negozi e ristoranti, a 27 minuti dall'aeroporto ea soli 34 minuti da Uptown Charlotte. Troverai questa posizione perfetta per visitare il giardino botanico Daniel Stowe (4 minuti), Carowinds (38 minuti), il National Whitewater Center degli Stati Uniti (34 minuti) o la nostra incantevole cittadina di Belmont (11 minuti). Tutto nella Greater Charlotte Region è facilmente accessibile, ma potresti non voler mai lasciare la nostra piccola fetta di paradiso.

Online pictures a little old. Primary bath needs attention regarding the shower door. Lots of water on the floor after shower. Obviously an ongoing issue since there were printed signs posted. Exterior yard needs a bit of attention. Logs, sticks etc. but overall a good experience!!

Lake life thanksgiving 2024

Great place! Great location! I would recommend getting a bigger place if you have kids! The bunks beds are loud but comfortable! We had too many adults (4) (my mom, my uncle, husband and myself our two children) and we had to sleep in the bunk bed room with our children! The dock is amazing and we did use the fire pit! Pet friendly which was a bonus! I would bring your own towels they did smell a little funky and the glade plug ins needed to be unplugged! The lake views are insane and the place was super open and comfortable!

Lake House

We had a great stay - the house was great for 2 couples. The only negative was the leaking shower in the master but the owners are aware of it and have a sign up. The lake was so serene and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was well stocked and we liked the layout of the house.

Great stay with Helpful hosts

Propert exactly as described. We traveled during recent hurricane and hosts went out of their way to assist us with an issue we encountered unrelated to the property. Would definitely visit again to any of their properties.

Lake Oasis

It’s so peaceful and beautiful here. We wanted to experience the lake life on Lake Wylie and still be close enough to explore the town of Belmont. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing right off the dock. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay at this gem.

Summer stay at The Cottage

The house is very conveniently located on a nice, quiet cove. New section of the dock was perfect and provided easy access to the water. A lot of thoughtful amenities included. Kitchen had most of the needed utensils and tools, but the oven did not work and the cookware was not in great shape. Master shower has a significant leak onto the floor and we found a mouse in the kitchen. The location was ideal and with some updates and improvements, a nice place to stay.

Long weekend family wedding

My in-laws, husband, 2 kids, and I stayed at this lake house and had a wonderful time! Though we didn’t cook as many meals as we usually do, the kitchen was stocked with anything we could have needed to cook family meals. The master bath and bunk room have attached bathrooms, one of which has full size laundry. There was another bathroom off the living area that had a tub/shower and all bathrooms included hair dryers and showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash (so nice not to have to pack it!). The dock was great and there were lake views from most rooms in the house. When we come back to visit family, we would definitely book this house again!

Family Vacation

Everything about this house is perfect. The indoor and outdoor amenities are fantastic and pristine. We had adult kids ranging from 17-24 with us, and everyone was content. The paddle boards, kayaks, and dock were great, as well as the deck and yard area. We rented a pontoon through the property manager, which was fantastic. The section of lake is quiet for kayaking, but also close enough to a large area that we used the boat for tubing. Comfortable beds, kitchen is bigger than the pictures look, beautiful clean bathrooms, and great communication from Adam. We will rent this again!

Family gateway to the lake

Such a delight and wonderful stay, we had a blast and enjoy everyday at The Cottage. Very cozy and comfortable place and great access to the lake to enjoy a day out in the sun and fun in the lake. Thank you for the abundant amenities.

Perfect lake house

My family of 3 absolutely loved this lake house. It's on a little inlet of the lake and was very pretty and peaceful there. We really enjoyed kayaking and sitting out on the dock. Loved nearby downtown Belmont and it was an easy drive to the US Whitewater Center which we came to the area to check out. The house was very clean, open, airy and I loved all the windows facing the water. So relaxing to sit on the couch and read. We definitely hope to stay in the future! 10 out of 10!

Great weekend

Second year we have stayed at this property. 6 adults and 2 children. Very nice open spaces. 3 full bathrooms come in handy. Fully equipped kitchen with many necessities provided. Plenty of room to move around and enjoy the scenery. Good location with restaurants and groceries etc.

Perfect Lake House near Charlotte!

We have a great stay in this home. I rented our beach house on VRBO for 15 years and I learned a thing or two from our hosts. They prepared the house so perfectly for guests. The home is as beautiful as pictured and the yard, deck, and dock provided plenty of space for relaxing outdoors. If we are back in the area, we will book this same house again!

Perfect lakefront getaway

What a great set-up right on the lake! House was stocked with more than we could've asked for and it felt like we were secluded with our own little slice of paradise. Adam or his assistant Kai were very helpful and responsive for all questions. Couldn't recommend this location more highly!
