Summary:
Recently renovated apartment with 3 comfortable queen size beds. This apartment features two bathrooms a full kitchen and High Speed internet with a Smart TV in each room and access to Netflix (All TV’s). This property is super close to the hottest restaurants, shops and activities in Southend of Charlotte. It’s close to Uptown, Bank of America Stadium, BB&T stadium, spectrum Arena, Charlotte convention Center, NASCAR museum and walking distance from Abbot Park.
Guest Access:
This is a duplex and you will have access to the 3 bedroom side of the duplex.
Other Things to Note:
We do require the guest that booked to sign an agreement agreeing to our house rules.
Interaction with Guests:
I am readily available for whatever you need during your stay but I won't be on site unless you request something.

Very disappointed
Where to start. We asked for a 1hr early check in and the host said 1hr was complementary as long as it wasn’t rented the day before. Sent him a message the day before and we received no reply. Sent another message the day of and he said he would let us know as soon as the cleaning was done. No notice. At 415 we went to the house to check in since 4 was checkin time. The lawn was way overdue to be cut. The cleaning lady was still in the house. She thought we were checking in at 5 even though check in is at 4. The house still wasn’t cleaned. She told us the dryer didn’t work. The blankets on the bed were still wet. We had no towels and she said she was instructed to go buy new ones. I feel sorry for her as she was trying her best with limited resources. We went out and and some point she came back in with new unwashed towels. We refused to use unwashed towels. The place just felt dirty. There were dead bugs on the walls and windowsills. The bedding in the one bedroom has stains on the sheets and pillowcases. The one shower looked like it had mold in it so another reason we wouldn’t use it. The refrigerator was t cold. We put a water bottle in at night and it was still warm in the morning. We barely slept and got out as fast as we could in the morning. If I could give 0 stars I would have done that. Very disappointed
