The house was clean and furnished. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. It was a nice quiet cove, perfect for a family to enjoy time outside. Lake view was beautiful.

Great location and property. Lake levels were really low so had to put in boat at a different boat ramp than the one in the neighborhood.

Lovely getaway

This was a lovely home and perfect for our family getaway. We loved the quiet cove where we felt secluded, yet only 10-15 minutes from all amenities that we needed throughout the trip. Great stay and would stay again.

What a beautiful and welcoming house for a perfect stay at the lake. We had an amazing time and cannot say enough good things about this property and owner. Wonderful experience!

Perfect getaway house for a group or family. Plenty of room & activities on site from foosball & table tennis to canoe & kayaking from the pier. Lots of porch area overlooking the beautiful lake views. Rick has tought of everything & was an excellent host. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic lake getaway

The house was great. Really nice location with plenty of things to do inside the house as well as in the surrounding area. We will most definitely come back for another lake stay.

Amazing Property

We loved our stay. Everything was exactly as stated and very clean. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals easily. All outside spaces and equipment (canoe etc) were fantastic and in perfect working condition. Definitely highly recommended this property and host and would stay again.

We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The owners communication was exceptional, every detail was thought of, the beds were comfortable, and the whole home including the dock was so CLEAN!!! And the location - quiet, very low boat traffic, lots of open water to fish, float, and paddleboard- heaven!!

Would stay again

Accurate listing all amenities were as advertised and even some additional that werent. Our 2 year old really enjoyed the outdoor space which was fenced in, giving him additional freedom and less worry for us. Great place for family and friends.

Great stay!

We were here visiting for my daughters wedding. The home was perfect and we took full advantage of the canoe and fishing in the downtime we had. Thanks for providing a clean and beautiful place for us to rest our heads.

Excellent Property.

My wife, 11 year old son, his friend and I stayed here for the 4th of July week and we loved it. The property owner was very informative and detailed about the property and was very helpful. The property itself was very clean and well kept as well in a great quiet location. We will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Great family getaway

My husband and I stayed for 6 days with our 4 kids and my mom. It was a wonderful getaway. The host was communicative, responsive. The house was clean and well-stocked. Our kids loved the activities in the basement and outdoor options on the dock. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic getaway

Our family was looking for the perfect R and R and this home was even more than we expected. The area was quiet and somewhat excluded. So much to do in the game room downstairs and the kayaks, canoe, and floats were the perfect recipe for the hot weather. Highly recommend

Beautiful lake house

very quiet neighborhood, not far from grocery stores or Mooresville. Be sure if you want to fish you get your fishing license there is a 10 day license for outside residents you can purchase online. Plenty of room for family and/ or guests.

Family time at the lake

Our family enjoyed our stay at the lakehouse. Used the game room on a rainy day. Cooked a big Easter meal in the well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the outside games and canoeing as well!

Excellent stay! Great boating and great location. Beautiful views. House was very well taken care of and clean. Kitchen well equipped. We used the canoe and kayaks to paddle down the nearby creek and it was great. One lane road to get there for about 3/4 of a mile but it wasn't a problem. Neighborhood had a boat ramp which was convenient.
