Water Street Condo | Modern Downtown Retreat

Situato proprio nel centro della vivace area del centro cittadino, il Water Street Condo è un gioiello architettonico spazioso che sicuramente delizierà. Questa struttura si trova accanto ai binari del treno. I treni passano più volte al giorno e una volta di notte.



Con tre piani di spazio abitativo, questa nuovissima casa dal design impeccabile è il sogno di un intrattenitore. Dalla cucina dello chef con bar a cascata personalizzato ai due ampi ponti, c'è molto spazio per voi e i vostri ospiti per rilassarsi. Le porte a scomparsa che conducono al patio di livello principale contribuiscono a creare la perfetta esperienza indoor / outdoor, lo spazio ideale per riunirsi per cenare all'aperto nei giorni più caldi o puoi goderti l'ascolto di concerti allo Sprint Pavilion dal tuo terrazzo sul tetto privato. Proprio fuori dalla tua porta c'è tutto il meglio che Charlottesville ha da offrire: con il ristorante C&O dall'altra parte della strada e il resto del Downtown Mall a meno di mezzo isolato di distanza, puoi trascorrere il pomeriggio esplorando la passeggiata e immergendoti nel cuore di C`ville. Durante i mesi temperati, assicurati di recarti al mercato degli agricoltori stagionali dall'altra parte del blocco per prendere il tuo caffè del sabato mattina e altre delizie locali.



Al livello abitativo principale, troverete un ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina e un patio coperto. L'ala situata al largo della cucina ha due camere da letto per gli ospiti della regina. C'è un bagno completo nel corridoio di fronte a una camera per gli ospiti e l'altra camera ha un bagno completo con bagno privato, che offre un'esperienza simile ad un hotel per i vostri ospiti. Al livello successivo troverete la master suite, completa di un bagno a pianta aperta e una spaziosa camera da letto con un re. Il livello superiore ha una scrivania per i professionisti in viaggio per ritirarsi e lavorare per la giornata e un ampio ponte sul tetto con una griglia Grill Egg. Si prega di notare che ulteriori mobili di coperta saranno aggiunti al tetto entro la primavera.



Con questo noleggio, si ottiene l'accesso a un posto auto nel garage privato situato nel garage dell'edificio. Le istruzioni di accesso saranno inviate via email alla conferma della prenotazione. Tutti gli altri ospiti devono trovare un parcheggio in strada o parcheggiare nel Water Street Parking Garage, a un isolato di distanza per $ 12 durante la notte.

The heat was broken. The host had set up 3 small space heaters as a solution. The temperature in the space was 56. These space heaters had blown a fuse so the living space had no power. We called and were told there were no solutions.

The condo is nice. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well set up and appliances are first class. The location is perfect, close to batts, restaurants, shops and Grounds. But the trains are a problem. The entire condo shakes when they pass in the middle of the night. It makes sleep very difficult.

One word TRAIN!!! The house is right on the train tracks and the train goes by all hours of the day and night. The house is in great location to get to the downtown mall and the actual house has a great modern vibe. The house unfortunately was not clean! Dust in the bedrooms and common areas, one of the bathrooms had ants, the air filters were DIRTY, the fridge was gross, and one of the sinks would not drain properly.

It was a beautiful wonderful place could’ve been a lot cleaner. We didn’t get a chance to access the common area cause we didn’t know where the common area was in the basement key that’s where it was never worked for wherever the basement was. grills was very dirty on the rooftop, even though I cleaned them, but never got a chance to use them. The pullers and cushions on balconies need to be replaced. it’s pretty much dirty and has some whips in. Just add some of the pullers in the house like on the bed and the master suite had a rip in it pulls on the couch downstairs had a rip in. It took a while to learn how to work the blinds, but they worked out OK some of the blinds didn’t work the train that was going by wasn’t too bad. It shook the house a little bit but not as much where I was concerned about it my grandkids enjoyed it watching the train go by. All in all it was beautiful place Twyla also to figure out where the garage was, but it worked out cause I found where it was with the card. I wasn’t able to get into the email that they sent me for the instructions on to get in and everything, but when I did find it, I got as much information I could from it, but when I needed the information again because I couldn’t find it management company that I was speaking to appear to get annoyed or annoyed the questions about the instructions and then now I couldn’t get no response after five, but I wanted to experience the common access area, but never got the opportunity

Close Walking Distance to the Mall

Nice property. Close distance to pedestrian mall and all shops & restaurants. Practically on top of railroad. Worse than the railroad is a very loud grinding noise (garage doors?) that occurs throughout the day and night. A lot of stairs. No hair dryers provided. Wish there were more towel hooks or bars in two of the bathrooms. Hard to figure out which switches control the shades in common areas. The short distance to town can’t be beat. Kitchen had the basics. Bedrooms and living room and outdoor space were comfortable and nicely decorated. Third floor outdoor deck kind of dirty. Washer/dryer are in excellent condition.

Nice Condo with a Great Location

The location for this condo is perfect if you want to be on the pedestrian mall in Charlottesville. It's also an easy drive to UVA grounds. The loft itself is very nice - modern, good appliances, well stocked, and was clean. The only warning I'd give is the same as others here. When the train comes through (including at 2am) it is LOUD and shakes the entire building. If you are a light sleeper beware!

Great weekend in downtown!

The place was beautiful and our location was fabulous! The train rolling through at 2:30am was a little disruptive, but worth it for the walkable distance to dinner and drinks. I was not able to use the included parking pass, since the card was broken. But the management company was quick to reply. Overall a great stay!

Pros: This is a beautiful condo with a great location near concert venues, amazing dining, great bars and theaters. I even found a couple of great bookstores nearby. Cons: Communication was iffy in the days leading up to the stay. Im accomstomed to not receiving check-in instructions until the day before or day of arrival. However, the day before arrival, I received an email seeking confirmation that Id recieved checkin instructions. I had not. I was then told I would not receive check-in instructions until I completed the rental agreement. I hadnt recieved that either. The property manager insisted shed sent it twice. The next morning I recieved check-in instructions, followed by a rental agreement an hour later. When I arrived, the front door was propped open using the deadbolt. I left my family standing in tye rain so I could verify the property was empty. The property wasnt fully clean upon arrival. I found dirty towels in a closet, stains on a bedand an empty can of ravioli in the kitchen trash. I assume they use a cleaning service soI communicated my concerns in the hope they would pass them along. The team did respond and I appreciate it. It just wasnt a great introduction to the property.

Wonderful location

We loved this spacious condo, especially the two outdoor decks. Plenty of gathering space, indoor and out. Bright, airy, and just a block from the downtown mall. A great value for our group of six.

Perfect Charlottesville Vacation Spot

A+ experience! We loved the two (yes two!) open air rooftop areas with comfortable seating and great views. The condo had everything you could ask for in terms of amenities but nothing could beat the proximity to the Historic District which was directly across the street. My only regret is that we didn’t stay one more night just so we could hang out and enjoy the condo. I would not recommend for anyone who has difficulty with stairs, but other than that it is a perfect spot for young and old alike. Can’t wait to return!

Great space and location!

We stayed here with a group of friends and truly enjoyed the back patios and spaciousness of the home! Although there is no parking on site, there were very clear directions to park in the designated spot at a nearby garage. Best location in terms of walking distance to The Downtown Mall and West Main Street. We would love to stay again for future reunions! Our only recommendation would be for better cleanliness in terms of bathrooms, floors and surfaces.

Fun spot- embrace the train

Great location for a weekend getaway in Charlottesville. Beautiful and comfortable house. We knew in advance the train rolls by a couple times a day so was not surprised. It was fine for us but definitely rattles the house. A few things would put it over the top. More than 4 hangers for the whole house. Hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Couple sharp knives. Overall a very try nice stay and recommend it.

Great Location

This property is a great location to the mall. It is walking distance to eat and drink. The weather was rainy all weekend, but if you were able to enjoy the porches the rooftop is amazing. The owner has a great grilling set up and the views from up top are great for people watching!

The house was filthy, had to wash sheets as they had hair and stains on them. Kitchen was disgusting. Could not use coffee pot nor oven hadn't been cleaned in months. Had to buy detergent and cleaning supplies to mop floors and wipe down surfaces. Dust and hair on steps, crumbs on floor. Dishwasher does not work. Spent over two hours cleaning the place. Bathrooms were clean.

Nice place, but some issues

Overall it was a decent stay! Our main points: - place is updated and very cute - however, cleanliness was an issue. cobwebs everywhere on the floating stairs, corners, etc. - dishwasher was full of clean dishes, so we had to unload - coffee maker was missing the basket to hold filters so was unusable - exposed wiring on porch ceiling fan off of living room - wifi was terrible unless in the kitchen area - great, walkable location Lastly, the description mentions the train, but its significant. It runs at least once in the middle of the, night every night, and shakes the entire unit.

Girls trip

We enjoyed our stay, very cool condo. However it could some cleaning. Lots of cobwebs and dust in the corners and walls. The train wasn’t too bad, Saturday night it came at midnight and shook the building and Sunday at 545am! Other than that, decent location and comfy, especially the beds!!!
