Welcome to Montrose Manor in the heart of Belmont! Let this beautiful and newly renovated space be your home base while you explore all that the Charlottesville area has to offer.

Montrose Manor is a newly renovated 1920’s home that was brought back to life with tons of character and charm. You can’t beat the location and it’s walkability to the many restaurants that Belmont has to offer as well as IX Park & Belmont Park.

Montrose Manor is a newly renovated 1920’s home that was brought back to life with tons of character and charm. You can’t beat the location and it’s walkability to the many restaurants that Belmont has to offer as well as IX Park & Belmont Park.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bedroom home offers separate spaces (and kitchens!) if you're traveling with a group but would also appreciate your privacy as well. The downstairs “flat” offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen and living room. The upstairs “loft” offers one bedroom, a full bath and a fully stocked mini kitchen as well! We know you’ll love Montrose Manor and we can’t wait to host you!

Very cute and clean home. The coffee and peppermints were a nice treat! Could be a 5 star stay with a few additions like nightstands and a set of drawers in all bedrooms and improved water pressure in the showers.

Great Location & Nicely Appointed Home

We had an excellent experience at Montrose Manner. The location was walkable to the downtown mall & Belmont. We enjoyed exploring both & especially liked the restaurant scene in Belmont. Francesca was an outstanding host & quickly responded to our inquiries. The house is beautifully updated & well appointed. Our group highly recommends Montrose Manor!
